Beautiful home

The home is beautiful with plentyof room for a large group or family. I would suggest extra towels and paper products for thebathrooms and kitchen. Other than that its awesome! We wi be back!

Great Waycross Stay

This is a fantastic home. It is so roomy. Nicely decorated, comfortable furnishings, great linens. It’s in a quiet family neighborhood on a big lot with plenty of parking space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive.

Nice House, Nice Location

We had 7 adults (2 couples) and everyone got their own bed. The living area is larger than expected from the pictures. A large dining area made for good family meals and games. I would recommend this property and I will book again when we return to Waycross.

Quiet place for rest and work

The house is lovely. It’s spacious with lots of private areas so would be good for a large family. It also has lots of open spaces where bigger groups can gather. I was in town visiting my husband who is working in the area. We enjoyed our time there. I was able to work remotely during my stay. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly.

Great place to stay

The house was very nice, clean and accomodated all of us very nicely. We were there for a family member's birthday party. There was plenty of room inside and out. The only con was the kitchen. It lacks a lot of basics such as decent pots and pans, a good corkscrew and dishes such as serving and mixing bowls. The host was wonderful about everything and always responded quickly and kindly. I'd definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Mother/Daughter Trip

I rented the house to accommodate myself, my aunts, cousins, sister, and mother for the weekend because we were attending a family reunion in the neighboring city 15 minutes away. We enjoyed the family bonding time that the house allowed us to receive with the open space floor plan for entertainment and the private areas from the rooms. The property manager was available to answer questions as needed. The trip was one for the books and I highly recommend this location.

Not at all as described

To start with the description shows 2 offices with beds in each and 2 living rooms with sofa beds. Well we only found 1 living room, 1 office/dinningroon/ a twin and a double bed and 4 bedrooms. So if you don’t mind sleeping in dinning room then you are good. We looked for the sofa bed none of the couches were sofa beds and every cushion we lifted had dirty socks, candy wrappers, used condom, a pair of panties under them. There was unidentified stuff running down walls in bathroom. one of the bedrooms we had to wash the sheets because they were discussing with what looked like blood on them and same stuff was all over head board. We stayed there 7 days with no WiFi the owner could not communicate to give the Wi-Fi password. There was a leak under kitchen sink every time I turned on water it just ran out under sink when I contacted owner he said there was no leak so my husband had to fix the pipe that was not attracted to drain luckily we had zip ties. One of the beds had a broken box spring so when a couple would lay in it they just kept rolling to the middle of the bed. I rent a lot of house through VRBO this is the worse house I have ever rented. If you have a house that sleeps 12 you should have more then 1 garbage can. My receipt clearly shows 6 adults 4 children and 1 pet and after we checked out the owner tried to get me to pay pet fee because he said I did not say I had a dog but if he looks at receipt he will see it says pet. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

House is much better than described since it is newly constructed house and very nice furniture all over. This guest got mad when I told that her dog had pooped on one of her carpets. There is high-speed Internet and I did give her the password. Also, I send my son to ask if everything is good and he was told everything is good no Internet issue. This house has five rating and in immaculate condition house was fully decorated for Christmas and deeply cleaned before this guest entered in the house
