Fully renovated 1926 Farmhouse that caters to the business traveler or for a large family or group. Sleeps 8 comfortably.
Within walking distance of restaurants, entertainment, parks, and shops.
This home was completed restored from top to bottom to renew its 1926 charm. Huge backyard and deck for grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Fully renovated kitchen. Two living areas with Roku TV in each. Bedrooms all have brand new beds and comfortable bedding. Dedicated office space for the business traveler.
Deep soaker tub on the second floor for luxurious relaxation. Walk-in shower on the main level.
The entire home is available to guests with the exception of the basement. which is used for storage.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dawn and the Sparrow House. The home was immaculate, stylish, and deeply cozy for our family stay. Dawn went above and beyond, welcoming us with fresh muffins and providing books and toys that kept our two grandchildren happily entertained. Her clear directions made finding the property simple, and her response time was fantastic. It was a flawless experience, and we are already looking forward to staying here again

This was such a cute house! The decor was perfect and lent itself to a beautiful antique aesthetic. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. 5 stars all around.

If I could give more stars I would!! This place is precious! Old home that’s been restored to beauty. Wish we had more time here. Julie is so thoughtful with special touches as the welcome sign and breakfast muffins. The first floor king bed was so comfortable. Loved the big tub upstairs. Nice fenced backyard for the dogs. Cute restored kitchen! Nice appliances. Just a great place for our cross country trip!!

I’ve traveled a lot and this was definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. It’s an amazing property and an amazing location in Burlington. We have decided that we will stay here anytime we are on our way to the Rockies. There was plenty of room in the house and backyard, which had a fire pit and a place to park. It was located near old downtown and it was very quiet. Definitely needed after a long day on the road!

Dawn has an absolute hidden gem here! Just off I-70 in Burlington, it made for a perfect stop after a long day of travel. I cannot recommend it enough. The home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. The attention to detail is through the roof - and that’s what takes a property from good to great - and in our opinion - it’s great! Every room reflects the care and attention put into the property, creating a warm, relaxing atmosphere.We would gladly stay here again!

This was such a welcome respite for us as we were moving some family from OH to Denver. Trouble with the moving truck caused delays and a long day 2, but the Sparrow revived us! Beautifullly decorated and plenty of space to rest and enjoy some peace and quiet.

Our group of 5 adults stayed here for a long weekend visiting family. It is centrally located on the Main Street. It is clean, tidy & perfect amount of space. The owner even left us some banana bread muffins. It is nicely decorated with antiques. Beds are all comfortable. Plenty of towels. Plenty of space. Plenty of parking.
