you! This 1 bed 1 bath, 2nd story apartment allows you to experience the beauty of Downtown
Wabash without going outside. This unit can sleep up to 4 people thanks to a futon in the
living room. Close to downtown, but still down a quiet road to ensure you can have plenty of
relaxation as you enjoy your stay. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer in
unit, smart TV, and wifi.

Parking is on the street and there are also extra parking spots behind the building. All units
are a 1-month minimum stay requirement. Additional cleaning fees for stays over 30 days.
