Our family thoroughly enjoyed our four day stay! We were celebrating three family birthdays and found the home welcoming, comfortable, and filled with everything needed for cooking, entertainment, and a memorable vacation at Wintergreen. Why they chose this property
The owner was selling it and listed a phone number, so my husband called immediately, and we agreed on the price. We bought it and tore down the old house. We then decided to put in a brand new double-wide home and rent it out in the short term.

The property is in the country, surrounded by corn and bean fields and a beautiful Indiana sunset in the summer.
