The home offers 1 master suites and 2 twin bedded rooms - ideal for one family needing space or 2 families holidaying together sleeping 8 comfortably all within a single storey villa.

Sunset Lakes is a small, exclusive, peaceful gated community and one of the closest to Orlando's main attractions.
It is a mature development of detached pool homes surrounding two natural lakes, which attracts many varieties of fish and wildlife.
Relaxing in the peace and tranquillity of this fabulous location it is hard to imagine that you are situated just 3-4 miles from the main Gates of Disney World.
Sunset Lakes is completely finished so there is no building site to disturb your peace and quiet.

Our home is just minutes away from many restaurants, supermarkets, golf course and local ammenities with quick easy access from the villa.
The Orlando area has so much to offer and keep you occupied so that each member of your party can enjoy their holiday in their own way which can all be made possible with this ideal location.

The pool overlooking the lake is south facing so you catch the Florida Sunshine all day.

Without a doubt, one of the most popular features of our gorgeous Florida home are the inviting waters of our screened pool looking over the lake, surrounded by paradise each time you set foot onto the pool deck.

Take time out to relax and enjoy a cold beverage in comfort and style on our pool furniture as you watch an abundance of Florida wildlife from the privacy of your own private pool area!

Natuarally we've provided comfy sun loungers for those wishing to top up their tan, a poolside shower to provide a cooling respite from the wrap around heat, and table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining.

After a busy day at the parks, beaches or on the golf course, our outdoor heated swimming pool provides the perfect opportunity to recuperate. This really is a fabulous place to return to after a long day where all the family can enjoy knowing that children can play safely with your 'child safety' alarmed pool patio doors.

Within the Sunset Lakes Community there is a communal pool and cabana, a children's play area and you can fish in the well-stocked lake (rods in the garage for your use). Conservation land adjoins the development creating a natural habitat for the wildlife of Florida.

A travel cot and high chair are provided, at no extra cost for our smallest guest.

There is the facility for parking 2 cars securely overnight in the attached garage.

The villa is managed by a local friendly family run management company who ensure all of our guests have excellent support and that the villa is cleaned to a high standard. They are on hand to give assistance and advice when required.

A late check out may be possible upon request but this is dependent upon other bookings.

At the heart of the home, our spacious and inviting Living Room has been stylishly equipped with your leisure and convenience in mind. Tiled throughout to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature.

Furnished with two huge leather sofas (one a queen size sleeper sofa), wood coffee tables, we guarantee that many happy hours will be spent enjoying the cable TV & DVD system, family games and books that have been provided for your pleasure.

There is full air conditioning/ heating throughout the villa plus additional ceiling fans.

Fine Dining:

Adjoining the Living Room and providing further access to the pool deck, our formal dining area featuring a new (Sept 2012) stylish table and eight chairs plus two bar chairs.

Kitchen:

Our large fully equipped 'chef friendly' kitchen, complete with casual breakfast bar, features all the practicality and convenience you would expect, and like the rest of our home has been thoughfully stocked with every possible labour saving appliance. In addition to the full size cooker (stove), fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave oven, you'll also find an extensive selection of cookware. There is a cool box and ice packs for you to take when going off to the beautiful beaches in Florida.

In fact everthing you need to create a full family meal or a simple cup of coffee or a cool glass of wine/beer by the pool.

There is a fully equipped utility room. With Ironing Board & Iron.
