Stay comfortably in this beautifully decorated, newly renovated, three-level townhome perfect for family and friends. Perfectly suited for families and business professionals visiting the Washington D.C. area. With 4 bedrooms equipped with queen sized beds, as well as a sofa bed in the basement, and 2 1/2 baths, there’s space to comfortably accommodate 8 people. Centrally located in Fairfax County, a 15 minute drive to Dulles Airport and 30 minute drive to Washington D.C.

This home features 3 bedrooms on the upper level as well as 1 bedroom in the basement which includes a living area and kitchenette. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed and 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have a flat screen, mounted TV.

The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, and more. The kitchen is also fully stocked to ensure you have everything needed to cook almost all of your favorite home made meals.

The living room is beautifully furnished with a wall mounted widescreen TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming platforms.

There are two fully equipped laundry rooms, one on the upper level and one in the basement, with items such as laundry detergent and an ironing board available for your use.

All bathrooms are supplied with essential toiletries such as paper towels, hair dryer, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to last you about 3-5 days.

The basement is essentially a studio apartment featuring one bedroom, a living area, as well as a kitchenette. The bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, a mounted TV, as well as an office desk. The living area has a sofa bed and a mounted TV. There is also a small kitchenette and laundry room located in the basement.

There is plenty of storage areas and closets throughout the house for your convenience.

**High speed internet (500 Mbps) is included in your stay for all of your business and personal needs.

**In accordance with Airbnbs policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings and parties as this is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

**We ensure to expertly clean and sanitize the entire home using CDC approved cleaning products while supplying you with professionally washed linens and towels.

**There are two reserved parking spots in front of the home for your use. Any additional vehicles will need to find street parking.

We welcome quiet couples or families. If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken care of, there will be an extra fee of up to $250.00.

- Late Checkout: Unauthorized late check outs will result in additional fees, depending on the time of checkout. We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners' schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property.
Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.

- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property and the garage space. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident.The cameras are only placed outside and in the garage space.

- This property is equipped with a smart fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector. Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message.Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off before going out and bed time.

- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.

Awesome stay
Everything from booking, the stay and checkout were all very easy. The host made sure everything was ready for our stay. We were there for about 5 days for a wedding and it was a comfortable and relaxing for all 5 of us. I would definitely recommend & if I’m in the area, I’d book again.

Perfect for our needs
We were in town for 5 days attending a wedding. The townhouse was perfect for the 5 of us. Clean, freshly renovated and much cheaper than a hotel.

Great stay for wedding
The townhouse was great and comfortably slept 4 couples. Location was perfect. The owner was very responsive. Only two parking spaces were assigned for the house, so if you have more than 2 cars, you'll need to find a space along the road, which was not a problem. We did have an issue where someone parked in our spot, but as I said, we found another spot along the road. There was one bedroom without a TV. I would stay here again.
