The space
This 2-bedroom home is perfect for small to medium-sized groups, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. Ideal for a weekend or weeklong stay where you can spend time relaxing, exploring, and connecting with family or friends.

The townhome is located in a small, quiet (except on game days!) neighborhood off Brightside Dr. and includes convenient parking in its own two-space carport. Additional parking is available in the guest lot 3 doors down.

You will feel right at home with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, wide variety of entertainment options, complimentary toiletries, (that's right, you can leave that big bottle of conditioner at home) and more!

For your ENTERTAINMENT, there are LED TVs located in the main living area and both bedrooms. All TVs are Roku TVs and come with Netflix and YouTube TV pre-installed and logged in.

Sleep peacefully in our luxury BEDROOMS. Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor off the main living space and has one queen sized bed and a large walk-in closet. It is also positioned 3 steps from the door of the first floor bathroom. Bedroom 2 is located on the second floor and includes 2 queen sized beds and a huge private bathroom and walk-in closet/laundry room.

The BATHROOMS are located on the first floor (full-bath in a small hallway between living room and bedroom - there is a door that can be closed to separate the bedroom & bathroom from the rest of the space if desired.) and second floor (full-bath, with both a bathtub and stand-up shower, attached to bedroom through the walk-in closet/laundry room). Both are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer, and body, hand, and makeup towels are provided as well.

The unique LIVING SPACE boasts an open layout with high ceilings, beautiful accent beams, and plenty of natural light thanks to the large windows and skylights. Engage in some friendly competition with the ping-pong table, corn hole set, or board/card games. Prefer a quieter night? Snuggle up on the large sofa to read or watch movies.

On a business trip and need to get some work done? The LOFT SPACE includes two desks conveniently located next to the WIFI router to ensure reliable access to the provided high speed internet.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked with everything you might use in your own home including: utensils, dishware, bowls, pots, pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, measuring cups, aluminum foil, olive oil, canola oil, and basic spices. All your cooking needs will be covered with our new stainless steel appliances, microwave, and coffee maker. Enjoy some quality time over a meal or a drink at the kitchen table large enough to comfortably seat 6.

Enjoy socializing and relaxing in the intimate OUTDOOR AREA which includes a solo stove bonfire pit, (firewood and fire starters provided) plenty of patio seating, and a bistro set under the covered secondary patio. At night, turn on the overhead Edison lights and swap stories with your loved ones under the warm glow.
