Wonderful Fruita home with great views

We had a wonderful stay in Fruita, directly across from the Colorado NationalMonument, with easy day trips to Arches National Park and Glenwood Springs and more. The house was clean, beds super comfy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals.

I live on the Front Range but have always loved the Fruita area for vacation. My family enjoys road/mountain/gravel biking, hiking, fishing, and paddleboarding and kayaking when we visit. We hope you enjoy our vacation home and this small town as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This new neighborhood balances a quiet retreat with easy access to the town center (2.5 miles). Our neighbors are absolutely delightful and are very welcoming to our guests.

What makes this property unique

This is a new construction home so everything is clean, fresh, and new. I love to vacation here and if there is something that I need, I assume my guests will too. I work hard to provide items that guests will need and am constantly adding items to make it more comfortable, without being cluttered. My caretaker cleaner is a local fine artist and he meticulously maintains our home.
