With a private entrance and plenty of entertainment options, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The gas fireplace, oversized sectional, HD television and private 8' pool table make for a cozy and enjoyable stay, while the convenient location means you'll have plenty to do and see during your visit. The space
The Ned Nest offers everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. Enjoy all the amenities you would expect and more, including a cozy gas fireplace, a large sectional couch and an HD television for your entertainment. The rental features a private entrance, a dedicated workspace, as well as a dining area and a coffee bar complete with a microwave, coffee machine, and mid-size fridge with freezer.

The unit has 3 comfortable beds; a queen bed and a full bed separated by a privacy curtain in the spacious 2 section bedroom, as well as a full murphy bed in the main entertaining space. The dual-entry bathroom features a standup shower, full size mirror and vanity. And for those who love to stay active, the community center, with gym day passes available, is just a short walk away.

But the real highlight of this rental is the private 8' pool table - perfect for a friendly game or two.

Guest access
Our rental in Nederland is a basement unit with a private walkout entrance in the front yard. While the rental is completely private and self-contained, it is worth noting that we do live upstairs. However, we respect your privacy and strive to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Feel free to park on the right side of the driveway. Please do not block in our vehicles. However, please be aware that our driveway is sloped and during heavy snowfall, it can be difficult to drive up without 4-wheel drive. If heavy snow is forecasted, we recommend having a 4-wheel drive vehicle or parking horizontally along the bottom of our driveway for the most convenient access to the property. Rest assured; the driveway is only about 20’ long.

In addition to all the luxurious amenities and convenient location, is also just a short drive from some of the most stunning natural beauty Colorado has to offer.
- Eldora Ski Resort is only a 10 minute drive
- Downtown Nederland is a 2 minute drive / walkable distance

Ski trip

Worked great for a short trip. Plenty of room for the three of us. Only downside what's the foot noise from upstairs

A great spot in Ned!

Great location! About a 15 minute walk to the Caribou Room - highly recommended for any group going to see a show there. Close to downtown too. A great spot if you're skiing Eldora. Awesome snowshoeing just up the road at Caribou Ranch. Accomodations were clean, comfortable, spacious, and the beds were super comfy. Pool table was good fun too. Alexander's communication was spot on, always quick to respond to questions. We'll be back for sure and we'll spread the word about this gem (but sorta hate to let the secret out!)

Great Location for groups

I stayed here by myself as it was the only thing available last minute, so it was a bit more room than I needed. But this would be a great rental for a small group to hangout in near some great hiking and outdoor activities.

Good Lodging

The only complaint was some noise (walking) from upstairs late at night. A toaster would be good. Also more clarity on the lack of kitchen. Otherwise a good accommodation.
