The location was perfect for our needs. The pool was nice and clean and only needed a slight skimming each day. Cons: for a three bedroom house, there was only adequate seating for three in the living room (loveseat and chair). The kitchen had bare bones as far as utensils and cookware. There was only one wine glass in the whole house and it was an insulated stemless kind. There were no pool towels in the house, only white bath towels. Towels were also limited in quantity.Like I said, the house served our needs as far as location and the pool, but we would have liked to have a few more amenities for the price we paid.
Shopping, restaurants, and baseball were all nearby and easy to find. The house was a great size and clean. Communication with the owner was easy with quick response. Thank you!
This home is very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. It’s an easy drive to the airport and downtown. The rooms are a good size with a pretty patio and pool area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
Great location, clean and comfortable. Was a perfect place to spend quality family time with extended family members who live close by. The check in process was extremely easy and the host was available to communicate and answer any questions I may have had. The house rules and checkout process was simple and straightforward, which made it easy to exit the premises without an extensive checkout list.
Property was pet friendly. Host was quick to respond. Backyard was beautiful and i would of loved to jump in the pool. However it was far to cold outside. Overall great stay would book again.

Great AC system and ceiling fans and that’s about it for pros. Two comfortable beds - more on the bed situation. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with the overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals. There linens were still in the dryer. There were no paper towels. There’s area rugs that need to be washed as they were full of dog hair. The mattress in the primary is on two box springs and just too high to be comfortable or safe. We had to borrow an air bed from our family in the area and could not use that bed. There’s several things that need repair and upkeep in this house and it was very disappointing for our weekend vacation. Two outlet covers fell off - safety risk. The wall base in the primary bedroom is coming apart. The pots and pans were old with cooked on grease on the sides. There’s several slats missing on the large vertical blinds for the sliding glass door. The blinds in one of the rooms doesn’t even work.Several light bulbs were out.The pool was the most disappointing. The surface of the pool is degrading creating rough edges for your feet - especially on the steps. You can also see several areas with rust. It did not feel safe or inviting. I could not let my kids in that pool. They need to cut back the foliage in the backyard as it was coming over the walkway around the pool forcing you to walk closer to the pool risking falling in.I would not recommend this property if you want a relaxing weekend.

Heather , I’m very apologetic for you experience , that’s unfortunate you feel the way you do , I’m curious why did you not mention anything on the first day or durning the stay for any of the issues ? Also we schedule the landscaping bi weekly it grows fast this time of the year , did you bother to check the shelves in the garage for towel papers ? Also there’s not one light bulb out at that property did you flip the right switches ? You mentioned switch plates fell off it’s a house screws get loos and need to be re tighten , I apologize we did not notice its but again you mentioned nothing of this , the pool had rust in the plaster because a guest had left keys in ther pool and rust appears fast but no one has mentioned there feet being cut not once’s , the pool cleaner comes every Monday and has not recommended replasterinf once’s we have a brand new pump installed so it is very clean , the bed is on the frame it is because we have had guest break the bed frame in the past and our guest safety is priority , and I wish you would have just mentioned something once Becuase we could have accommodated or done any repairs necessary but you want to go in the review section and go on a rant.
Check in was seamless, host was responsive when needed. Location was great including grocery & fast foods within minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
Brought the family to Golden Sky Concert , the house was clean and neighborhood was quiet . After a full day of listening to music it was nice to come back and relax at the house .We would stay here again .
We stayed for 5 days, we were visiting Sacramento for a swim meet. The home was very close to the North Natomas Aquatic Complex. Lots of restaurants. Lots of parking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. Home is really nice. The owners are very prompt on any issue.
We chose this property because of it, location near my brothers home where the event was being held. The home was beautifully appointed, with kitchen nicely and completely stocked for cooking, bedrooms, great size and all beds very comfortable. If available, we will choose this property each time we visit Sacramento
What a great VRBO for us visiting family in the Roseville and Sacramento area. The location is perfect. You can hop on the freeway and get anywhere in a matter of moments yet do not feel or hear any of the hustle and bustle. You are within walking distance of a good supermarket. And you’re five minutes away from a Costco, movie theater, and multiple restaurants.Anchor, the property manager, is the best property manager we’ve ever encountered. He fulfilled our every need and quickly. The swimming pool was a real plus. I was in it every day. The water was balanced perfectly and maintained professionally. Also in the backyard was comfortable seating and shade screening. All the beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were plentiful and top-notch.All in all, a wonderful month’s stay. Thank you, Anchor.
The property was in a great location for what we were planning on doing and having a friend in the area. The house was clean . we did not have to contact the owner for anything. The only recommendation I would have is that they have more serving utensils and bigger pots to cook in and a strainer/bottle//wine opener for in the kitchen because we made most of our meals there and some things were missing out of the kitchen that I could've used. We did travel with a baby and we had to buy our own porta crib. It would've been nice to have the use of an highchair there .Other than that, I give this house and location five stars we would definitely stay again!
