This is a hotel that is under construction. I am handicapped and one of the elevators was broken.we.

Staff was lack luster. The place was under construction and smelled like chemicals. We tried to get another room because the elevator was broken and we got no results. No towels at the pool. The gym was closed. We thought we were staying at a VRBO not a hotel. If we wanted to stay at a hotel we would not have booked VRBO
