Carpet was a little grimy but I probably wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t have a freshly crawling infant. Very nice place. Everyone was helpful and kind.

I gave kudos to the front desk since the first time we checked, you had kind of a rotten smell in it. We went back and asked for another room. She found one for us and it was wonderful.

Perfect for our needs

We were in town for a big dog competition, and the condo was perfect for what we needed. It was a great place to crash when we were tired and needed to relax. Bed was comfy, kitchenette was great. Very yummy breakfast.

If you wanted to check in early, they charged a fee, even though the room was ready. Check out late, another fee. The room was not well equipped, there was only one small sauce pan in the entire kitchen to cook on and no hand towels for dishes. The towels in the bathrooms were cheap and sparse. Also, they do not tidy or service your room until you have been there for 7 days. They ran out of coffee for the coffee pot in the rooms. The bedroom we slept in was extremely noisy due to the HVAC above us. The room was a bit shabby and needed work, i.e., no fire caps on the sprinklers, damaged desktop, chipping and peeling paint in bathrooms. We had to go ask for towels while at the pool. The gym had no cups for water and instead of soap, they had straight alcohol in the soap dispenser with no towels. I would not stay here again.
