Property is very nice. Dishwasher was full when we got there with clean dishes. We had to put them all away. A/C at 72 like it said to have is impossible. It was extremely hot. All doors were always closed.The fans in the rooms were so dirty we could not cut them on.And like I messaged before we asked for 11am check out & maids were there at 10 & said they were not informed!Beach view is amazing. Pool a little small but ok. Host was responsive with all my questions.Thank you!

One of the Best Condos

This is one of the best condos we've vacationed in and the locations is perfect! We were able to walk to everything local such as food and entertainment. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded.

Great Place!

We had a great time at this location. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and the view was great! The outdoor patio was wonderful for sunrise! We were in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again if headed to Folly Beach!

Beach was wide and easy to get to. Spacious unit. Well kept and clean. Great balcony - spacious with excellent furniture. Great fall/winter beach - can see the sunrise in the morning and sunset at night all from the balcony and beach right in front of us. Easy walk to downtown and having a restaurant directly across the street was perfect. We will definitely be back to Folly Beach and the Charleston Oceanfront Villas (COV).

Perfect beach getaway!

We had an amazing time at the property! it’s footsteps away from the beach which was perfect. The space was big and can easily house 8 people. Just remember to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent.
