We loved staying in Kelli and Newt’s beautiful home. Everything was top-notch, from the location to the well equipped kitchen, bathroom and all little details, including locally sourced snacks and beer. We were in town for my brother’s memorial service, so having a comforting place to stay really made our weekend easier.

This was hands down the nicest home we’ve ever stayed in—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like home the moment we walked in. This was probably our best property we have stayed! It was exactly what we needed for the 9 nights we stayed. Very clean, comfortable beds, really well stocked with super great amenities. We had a great stay at this property! We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect for the downtown wedding. The house was very nice and clean. The property owner was great about checking it to see if needed anything and the check in/check out process was simple and easy. Highly recommend!

Nicely remodeled with everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We used this as our home base while visiting with family. My two grandsons were even able to walk here from their school, which was an extra special time for us. Beds were very comfortable and we didn’t feel that anything was lacking. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor area but we were just too busy. Would definitely book again. Very nice neighborhood.

AMAZING HOME AND LOCATION!

We stayed at this beautiful home for five weeks and had an amazing stay. The house is warm and comfortable with everything you need. The owner, Kelli was fantastic and was super helpful with making our stay great. The location could not be better and the neighborhood is wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved this property! We came up from TN to visit family and to attend work obligations here in Dayton. This property was truly perfect - super clean, in a great neighborhood and closed to everything we needed. The house was perfect for our visit to the area to see family and relax. The home is clean and updated with everything you would need to feel comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the property and yard are well maintained and we enjoyed having a patio and grill. The host, Kelli, was responsive and friendly. amazing space with an even more amazing host

This is a great space for friends or families to stay. Plenty of areas to spread out and a great common space to be together! It was the perfect place for my bridesmaids and I to stay the night before my wedding and get ready in the next day! Our host, Kelli, even left a sweet note and some treats for us since she knew it was my wedding day. So thoughtful!
