This spacious 4‑bedroom, 2‑bath property features plush memory‑foam beds (2 kings, 2 queens, and a twin‑over‑full bunk), hotel‑quality linens, and extra pillows and blankets in every room for a restful stay.

Enjoy fast fiber‑optic WiFi, bedside charging stations, and individually controlled mini‑splits in each upstairs bedroom for personalized comfort. The inviting living and sitting rooms offer plenty of space to relax, play games, or unwind after a day exploring Dayton.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality cookware, an Instant Pot, pizza stone, blender, and multiple coffee‑brewing options—Keurig pods, drip, pour‑over, and moka pot. Everything was fantastic! The communication, amenities, comfort, and thoughtful touches were beyond expected:) would definitely stay here again! We were in town for a wedding and all women had access to mirrors and thoughtful additions that made the stay incredible! Highly recommend!

What a delightful place - we stayed here for roughly a week as we moved our daughter into a downtown Dayton apartment and we could not have been happier! The location was ideal and everything was clean and exactly as described. Lots of wonderful attention to detail and respect for guest comfort and the house itself is absolutely charming. Would not hesitate to book again - thanks for everything!!

We stay there fir the first four. Patricia response was quick. She made sure we were good at her rental. Very good lady. Described as seen on vrbo. Kitchen best stocked one I have been in. Bathrooms clean everything you need. Had games to play if wanted to. All beds were comfortable. Had no issues there at all. Older area of Dayton. But easy to get everywhere. Thank you Patricia for quick responses and making sure we were satisfied with everything.

Weekend Getaway

This was a nice and peaceful place to stay with my family. We had our choices of bed sizes and room to spread out to watch TV, read, talk, and/or eat. Pattie, our host, was always quick to reply and helpful. She was thoughtful with all the amenities in all areas of the house. (The candy was a "sweet" surprise!)

We were in town for our son’s wedding. Our other son drove from Florida, and the rest of us flew in from various locations. Florida got there before us and was able to access the house and rest after the long drive. There were 6 people total and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to prepare meals and eat together. The beds are very comfortable and everything was very clean. We were very happy with this rental, every detail was thought of and we were able to enjoy our time together celebrating.

Our host Pattie did a great job of communicating with us. The house was very welcoming. It was really nice that each room upstairs had it's own heating unit. That worked out because our family members on the first floor like it cooler and our older members like it warmer. So we were able to stay comfortable.
