Plenty of space. It has a few idiosyncrasies [no bathroom door in one of the bedrooms, for example], but overall good. The kitchen was good. There was a shortage of hand towels. The staff were excellent with communication and making our stay as easy as possible.

Strange layout—lot of little things wrong. 8 guys, so we put up with it. Neither fridge had an ice maker or water line. Main fridge temp wouldn’t stay cold. Food went bad and had to throw away. Microwave in main kitchen did not work. Garage door didn’t work so had to be raised and closed manually. Didn’t lock either—There was no check in or check out instructions.
Great parking options. Close by the freeway to come and go from the property quickly. Close by to shopping areas and food options. Tons of space. The house easily accommodates 12 people and you may not see half of them in the same day. Five showers is awesome for large groups. Never ran out of hot water. Two sets of washer and dryers so you will always have clean clothes/towels/linens no matter how many people are there. The back yard. The back yard is absolutely perfect. You have the pool to relax in. Plenty of pool side seating. Shade from the surrounding trees and the gazebo. BBQ. Outdoor sofas. This was our second time staying at this house, and we will be looking forward to our third. Very responsive host, and super accommodating. We were able to extend our stay with no problems and the host answered all of our questions. Thank you so much for an awesome stay!
First off, the house is laid out in a way that everyone has their own space. We used all 7 bedrooms and never once did the house feel like it was crowded or like we were stepping over each other.
The back yard was amazing and the pool was the perfect place to relax in after our games.
The space has two sets of washer and dryers so we could all get our laundry done efficiently. Two kitchens.
The five showers were a god send as well.
All in all an amazing property, plenty of parking and tons of space for everyone.
Thank you so much again AZ Getaway Rentals!

The property was just ok. The pictures shown are outdated. There is no island in the kitchen, there is a picture missing from the dining area, we didn't have access to a couple of rooms as they were locked. The property in general could use a deep cleaning, the carpet was worn, a couple of the comforters and the dishes were dirty when we arrived. We ended up washing both. It would have been nice if laundry pods were provided but luckily, I had a travel laundry detergent in my bag to wash the comforter. Location wise, the property is pretty central. It's about 15-20 minutes from Tempe, Scottsdale and Downtown PHX. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either. I think the potential is there but some deep cleaning needs to happen first. And aside from the cleaning, it just lacked small touches that make a VRBO home WONDERFUL and welcoming.
BEWARE – DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had.To start, we never received the initial email with the property’s address. After some back-and-forth, we got the location, but the entry code didn’t work when we arrived. We had to wait outside for about 30 minutes before getting a new code. Inside, the house was 60 degrees with no working heat, three bedrooms had stained bedding, and we found half-full beer cans in the backyard. We also discovered that the microwave was broken and the ice makers in the freezer didn’t work. Our only communication was through an AI bot on the Vrbo portal, and it took a long time to get a hold of the owner. When we went out for dinner and returned, all the keypads died, locking us out again. We found the owner’s number on an expired permit posted on the property and finally got inside with a physical key after over an hour.At 4 AM, smoke alarms started beeping due to dead batteries. We had to troubleshoot with the owner for 1.5 hours. Someone came late the next evening to fix the alarms, and the owner sent space heaters, which arrived late and weren’t enough for all the rooms. Shortly after plugging them in, the first floor’s power went out, leaving us freezing again. Although a technician temporarily fixed the heat on the last day, it only lasted about 20 minutes before failing. No refund or compensation was offered, and the owner never came in person. I strongly advise avoiding property
This property has the potential to be a wonderful VRBO! The location is great! The space is really nice! I traveled for a wedding with the groom’s parents, grandparents, aunt and uncle, and cousins. The advertisement said the home has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. When we arrived the apartment/mother-in-law suite was locked. This is where we had planned to put the parents of the groom so that they had privacy. We contacted the host and they told us those facilities were not available to us. We chose this location specifically for the number of bathrooms and would not have booked had we known. People did not pack many clothes since we had two sets of washers and dryers. Unfortunately the one was locked off to us, and the other washing machine did not work. We contacted the host and were told that a repair person couldn’t come until after we checked out. Both parties were going on to further vacation spots, and none of us had clean clothes. The bathrooms upstairs had a plumbing issue as solids were not properly flushing and the sink upstairs did not drain. My 90-year-old mother tried the walk-in tub. It worked wonderfully until we tried to drain it. Once the water got down to about 3 inches the tub stopped draining. She had to bail water with a cup to get out. Lawn toys and chair were broken. Kitchen smoke detector didn’t have a battery. In one day a handyman could make this place great! Ad should definitely be updated to not include apartment if not accessible.
The house is very clean. A little rough around the edges. It has plenty of beds and works for a large group. Communication with the host was easy and all questions were answered quickly.
