Smartly decorated and picturesquely situated, Hidden Dunes Resort cottage 155 promises more 'fun in the sun' time, more memories to cherish and less stress! Watch your cares vanish as you relax on the furnished, screened-in porch overlooking the sunny pool deck, white pergolas and a bubbling fountain beyond. Enjoy just taking your time to cook your favorite dish in the newly renovated, chef-ready kitchen or totally unwind in the relaxing, updated master shower. The happy times had at the beach that day will infuse life into each restful moment.

Each day at Hidden Dunes cottage 155 will surprise you with new experiences! Will you build a sandcastle with the world's whitest sand? Float in the pool and hot tub? Gather the whole gang for family game night? Or play a game of basketball and tennis? Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort has so many fabulous amenities, you may never want to leave the beautiful grounds! However, if you do decide to venture out, there is epic shopping, perfectly groomed golf courses and delicious restaurants all within a mile's radius. What more could the perfect vacation ask for than a charming vacation cottage set in the award-winning Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. Please call to inquire about cost per session and equipment rental prices. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

We enjoyed our time at Hidden Dunes! The property was more than what we expected. The wall to the beach is nicely covered with trees and plants that make it enjoyable. We can't wait to book again!

Easy beach access

Short walk to beach from condo, and pool right next door. The loft area added extra sleeping quarters for kids, and the main level of the condo was adequately spaced for a condo unit. It's labeled as a "cottage" but it's really an apartment unit. Overall a great place and family friendly. It's on the main Destin highway, and other than the construction delays, you can get to downtown Desitin in about 15 - 20 minutes.

We love it here

Great family friendly resort that’s just a short walk to the beach and drive to everything Destin has to offer. However, this particular condo had its ups and downs. Nice to look at but the beds were too firm for over half of my group’s likings. We had to rewash almost every dish due to being visibly soiled. One frying pan literally looked as if it was just used and put away dirty (a real bummer considering how much the “cleaning fees” are). It’s location over the pool was nice, but it’s unlikely that a sore back and very limited seating would entice me to stay at this condo again.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay in Unit 155 of Hidden Dunes Resort. Great location overlooking the large pool. The walk to the beach was reasonable with everyone carrying their own things, but would be more challenging with young kids. Until was clean, spacious, and had very nice bathrooms and kitchen. The resort is only a few miles from grocery stores and other shopping, though construction on Hwy98 caused some slow traffic. Social distancing at the beach was not meeting standards and restaurants in the area appeared crowded. Overall had a great visit.

Lovely place

The property matched the pictures exactly and it had everything we could ever need: blender, iron, can opener, washer/dryer, etc. It was close to the beach as we walked there everyday. They even had golf carts to bring you if you desired but it was so close we walked. The pool was clean and water temperature was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful and we had a small issue and Lydsay went above and beyond to help us. Definitely recommend this property.

We have a great time! The condo was stocked with just about everything we needed. We stayed with another family so 1 married couple had to sleep in the room with the twin beds. All 4 kids fit upstairs, so that was nice. The master shower was nice, but could use a different shower head with more pressure. The sink was leaking. My husband fixed it and then called maintenance out. It wasn't too bad of a walk to the beach, so better to walk than drive because parking is limited. We were only able to catch the golf cart once. I found it strange that a tennis resort charges for the tennis courts.

Nice rental with a few problems

2nd night there an alarm went off in a locked upstairs closet. couldnt get in to turn off, very annoying. Next am, maintenance came over an shut off alarm. Went to beach, came back and the ac wasnt working. Maintenance came back and got it working. Drier lint screen missing from side of dryer, therefore blowing hot air into rental also dryer constantly cycling on and off. Maintenance came and put a cover over lint screen, and said to use time dry. Time Dry didnt work. Ants all over the kitchen counter, not a major problem, but annoying.Overall the unit was nice. Just need someone to come in and repair some items and do regular inspections and maintenance.
