Our house is a typical small house, renovated and adapted, very nice and charming, is simple and rustic, totally inserted in the context of the Village of Picinguaba.
The house is 100 meters from the sea, in a quiet street and sleeps 8 people in 3 suites (two doubles and one for 4 singles, with 2 bunk beds). We have an upper terrace with seating area, sun area, shower, barbecue and kitchen.
There is a covered and enclosed garage for 1 small or medium car.

YOU WILL HAVE:
Living room with American kitchen, full bathroom (with shower), an enclosed front entrance. Three bedrooms, all suites: two of them with double bed and one with 2 bunk beds. The rooms open onto an internal terrace with plants and sun.
On the upper terrace there is a covered living area with barbecue, built-in kitchen, dining table, sun tables, shower and open area for sunbathing.
Laundry room with covered area to dry clothes.
Bed and bathroom linen included.
Kayak for two people.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR LEASE
The maximum capacity is 8 people, including adults, young people and children. For reasons of infrastructure and nature preservation, we do not accept more guests.
We do not accept pets.
Picinguaba is a beach in Ubatuba ecological preservation area of ​​the State Park of Serra do Mar. Authentic caiçara village, rustic, fishing place, diving, islands, trails in the woods and waterfalls.
