Spaces with pool, barbecue, oven and wood stove, pool table, volleyball net, large lawn, balconies with hammocks for rest.
Just 300 meters from the beach.
Complete kitchens, counting 3 refrigerators, 1 horizontal freezer. In addition to microwave, Sky TV, and more.

Very spacious, the house has more than 1500 m² of total area. Everything is very ample: the pool, the gourmet kiosk, the barbecue, the pizza oven.
The location is excellent: within the Itamambuca condominium, which has a 24 hour round, in one of the most beautiful and preserved beaches of Ubatuba.
Itamambuca is about 20 min. from the center of the city and approximately 1 hour from Paraty, in Rio de Janeiro, in one of the most wonderful stretches of Rio-Santos.

The house is amazing with lots of space. The pool is bigger than the pictures show. The outdoor space was our favorite place to gather at night. It is honestly amazing. The host was very accommodating and replied quickly to any messages. The only negative is how rough the ocean is but there are beaches close by that are not as aggressive. The area near the house has several restaurants, a bakery and a grocery store. So you don’t have to go far for anything. If you are considering booking this house don’t hesitate! We will definitely be back as long as you’ll have us!
