Tudo perfeito! A proprietária é muito solícita, atenta à tudo para ambientar os visitantes. Apartamento muito bem cuidado, prédio muito novo, em excelente localização, tudo foi maravilhoso! Excelente e aconchegante apartamento,organizado e limpo. A descrição do imóvel realmente condiz como o local.Prédio muito conservado. A praia de Pajuçara realmente perto, supermercados, restaurantes,bancos, feira de artesanato tudo ao lado. A proprietária Albanir muito simpática e atenciosa, estivemos por onze maravilhosos dias. Excelente localização, decoração e conforto

Pontos positivos: Excelente localização do imóvel, finamente decorado, cozinha aparelhada, a cama é king size e extremamente confortável. O trato com a proprietária é rápido, claro e sem dificuldades. O condomínio tem piscina de bom tamanho, academia muito bem aparelhada e com vaga de garagem coberta. Pontos negativos: O sofá da sala, apesar de lindo e confortável, não é sofá-cama, o que reduz a possibilidade de uso.

Imóvel impecável

Morei nesse apartamento um mês. O imóvel é impecável não falta nada, toda aparelhagem e utensílios são novos e a limpeza é um primor. A proprietária está sempre disponível para assessorar no que for necessário. De verdade, tenho saudades dos dias passados nesse lugar.

Passei 20 dias em Maceió e me senti em casa. O apartamento é uma "graça" e muito bem localizado.Tem tudo o que se precisa sem necessidade de automóvel. Além da atenção da Albanir, que é super prestativa e muito simpática, é claro!

Apartamento lindoooo!!!! aconchegante exatamente como nas fotos e muito bem localizado pertinho da praia. Minha estadia foi de 4 meses, eu e meu marido adoramos, tudo perfeito, prédio novíssimo e a Albanir é uma pessoa fantástica e muito atenciosa. Já estou com saudades, estou planejando o meu retorno em breve (Querida Albanir, me aguarde estarei voltando em breve)
