• To ensure everyone’s comfort, we ask that there be no unregistered guests or pets, loud parties, indoor smoking, or illegal substances. Fees apply for extra guests or pets—just let us know if you need more details.
• If your booking includes pets, please avoid them from getting into the couch as it takes a lot of time to remove animal fur in the couch and this could lead to a fee in the form of extra cleaning.
• For your peace of mind, we have outdoor cameras running 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the property.
• Quiet hours between 9 PM - 10 AM.
• If any damages occur, or if additional cleaning is required, charges will apply—please reach out if you need more information.
• We don’t provide complimentary cleaning, but you can arrange it with us for a fee just let us know if you’d like to schedule this.

During summer, the climate is warm along with a diverse range of wildlife. We treat the property regularly to ensure it’s pest-free, but we ask guests to dispose of trash regularly to help us keep it that way.

Respectful Behavior
We’re committed to maintaining a peaceful environment for all guests. Respect for the host and neighbors is expected. Disrespectful behavior may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

No Smoking Indoors
For everyone’s comfort, smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee will be applied.

Bathroom Guidelines
To prevent plumbing issues, please avoid flushing tampons, condoms, or excessive toilet paper down the toilet. Improper disposal can lead to clogs, and any plumbing issues caused by misuse may result in a fine.
