The flat has two bedrooms with queen beds and a dedicated work desk space in the second bedroom. There is also fast high-speed Internet, a full kitchen, a full-size washer/dryer, and a front patio with seating. Enjoy free parking and ease to come-and-go, at a location just a half mile from the heart of downtown. Drive an EV!? We have two chargers (level 2)! There is also a crib/playpen for infants and toddlers. This is the perfect place for remote workers, traveling families, or anyone in town for an event! We have outside cameras which are disclosed in our listing and tampering with these cameras or the internet will result in fines and possible eviction. No immediate local guests are allowed to book!

Nicely Restored Historic Home

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely restored historic home near downtown Raleigh. The home is nicely appointed with lovely decor. The hosts left a thoughtful welcoming gift bag and were attentive to our needs. We love to walk and were able to access the Historic Oakwood neighborhood on our evening stroll. We will return!

Everything we needed

We had a short stay in this unit, but had everything we needed. Great location to downtown Raleigh, very well appointed and so cozy, and wonderful communication from Kelvin & Arthina. We would recommend!
