- Quiet, peaceful, central neighborhood & location. Easy boat and RV parking. No turnaround required. Space to unhitch if desired.

- 3 bedrooms, 5 beds - 1 with king, 1 with two queens (ensuite), 1 with double-bed bunk beds. All with new mattresses!

- Massive kitchen, dining, and living room space. Great communal space for your whole group to hangout.

- Kitchen is fully-stocked, includes updated Whirlpool appliances, gas stove, and large refrigerator. Great for preparing meals! Drip coffee, tea, sweeteners and cooking oils/spices provided.

- Kitchen includes a Waffle Station with complimentary waffle mix and maple syrup for easy breakfast for the whole group

- Dining room / living room are comfortable and inviting with Roku TV and a surround sound speaker system. High-chair and plastic dinner ware for the little ones available as well.

- The bathrooms are spacious and come fully stocked with toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion from NYC-based apothecary, C.O. Bigelow.

- Outdoor space includes new 6-person hot tub, outdoor propane firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs, 4-burner BBQ grill, covered west-facing patio with ample seating, 2 hammocks and corn hole!

- Garage is accessible and features MARIO game room. Includes media center with original Nintendo (2 controllers) chocked full with all the classic games and N64 (2 controllers) with Super Smash Bros, Mario Kart, and Mario Party. All hooked up to 65” Roku TV. Garage also includes Ms. Pacman arcade game.

- Garage allows for parking of full size vehicle. Also has level 2 EV charging station, which is equipped with J1772 and Tesla charging adapters.

- Park the boat or RV in front of the home on the street, or in the side yard. Neighborhood has two entry/exit points - no turnarounds required! Side yard includes access to 230V charger and hose bib/potable water hookup.

- Brand new LG washer & dryer available for guest use in mud room. Mud room also includes large wash basin.

- The Wi-fi is the fastest available, offering 1gb speeds.

- Other important amenities to note:
--> The ensuite bathroom features is a wrap-around walk-in shower with seating ledge and detachable shower head. This shower is wheelchair accessible.

--> The other bathroom features a normal bathtub/shower combo, ideal for bathing small children after a day exploring outdoors.

--> Home includes pack-n-play + sheets, high chair and plastic dinnerware for the little ones. Home also has an air mattress & sheets available for bunk room slumber parties.

The house and neighborhood sit perched on the southwestern rim of the Page mesa. East and south-facing views from the home are breathtaking, especially at dusk--blue and pink hues fill the sky. The backyard faces west, and is the perfect way to relax at golden hour after a day of adventures. Or enjoy the dark, desert starry night sky in the evening from the hot tub!

Lauren and Doug’s home was absolutely incredible. Stocked with all necessities, and “extras” like the ready-to-use waffle maker. The home was quaint and well decorated, and was the perfect cozy space for our stay in Page, AZ. Family Getaway and Relax

We wanted to end our vacation which started in Vegas then Sedona and finished in Page with a relaxing home for Adults and our kids alike. This was the perfect Home for that. The house was absolutely clean from top to bottom, everything was labeled and easy to put back when we left. The kids loved the game room and we loved the quiet outside area. The neighborhood is safe and you can walk anywhere. The food in town is amazing. Definitely do Horseshoe bend at Sunset !

We stayed at this property for the Antelope Canyon 50miler. It was less than a mile from the race start and extremely convenient. The home is packed with amenities and the hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. I can’t recommend enough! A must stay property if you are ever in Page, Az. A++++!

We fell in love with Page and the Lake Powell area after a cross-country roadtrip brought us here in 2018. In mid 2023, we were fortunate enough to buy our dream home in the desert, just 10 minutes from the lake.

I work in real estate, and Doug works in experience design. From Day 1, we knew we wanted to combine our passions and share our home for others to enjoy. And thus was born the Red Rock Hangout! We hope you love our small piece of Arizona as much as we do! Enjoy your stay!
