- We are a smoke-free and vape-free home (including medical products). $250 fee for any residual smoke scent.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- No refunds out of stated cancellation policy. We encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- We live in a dark sky community, so quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. This is a residential area, and we like our neighbors!
- Check out is at 10:00 am Arizona time; check in is at 4:00 pm Arizona time.
- Boat and boat trailer parking is available at the property. Park on paved surfaces only. There is NO RV parking allowed either on the street or on the property per HOA.
- As you are coming and going or enjoying the sliding glass doors, please make sure to close the doors when not present; our desert animal friends like to come in sometimes and some are not so friendly to humans!

Pet Policy:
- One pet under 20 lbs is allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee and must be declared before arriving.
- Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Pets may not be left unattended unless crated. - If your pet has an accident in the house and/or causes damage, please make sure to notify us as soon as possible.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.

NOTE:
Doorbell and exterior garage door opener/camera are present on the property.
