Hot Tub is available year round. No eating or drinking in the hot tub. Please be gentle with hot tub cover. The pool is not heated, but if you haven't been to Arizona, the pool stays about 70 degrees in the winter and around 90 degrees during the summer.

Great for families

This was a great house for families who want a clean, comfortable, convenient, and well appointed place to stay in phoenix. We really enjoyed our time.
