We are a short drive to Clearwater beach and to Dunedin we love the unplanned beach trips and the sunsets in Clearwater!
It does not take much planning to go to the beach !! Just check the traffic and DO NOT miss the sunsets . We loved how close it is to Clearwater beach belair , and honeymoon island !

What makes this property unique
Our home is very old ! Over 10O years ! Wood floors throughout, the original floors are still intact . You will feel like you are visiting grandma !!
The home was one of the first homes in the neighborhood. If you walk around and head toward the back of the home you will run into the golf course where there are beautiful treats and old houses. The Main Street is noisy but you will be surprised once you close the door ! It gets pretty peaceful inside .
We bought the house from the second owner we believe ! She had it for 30 years !!
