Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for pets or for evening cookouts after a day on the water. The house is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and all the kitchen amenities of home, including an air fryer, coffee maker, even kid dishes and utensils.

We've stayed here often. There are so many great things: location, house layout, weather..I would say that an area of improvement would be to supply the basics. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, better frying pan, cutting board. If a guest is staying more than a week, then cleaning supplies. Vacume, decent broom etc

Big house with plenty of room for a family. Mattresses could be better or maybe just a topper might help, but other than that, we loved it! ❤️

Close to beaches!

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The spacious home was very clean. We were in the area to visit family and the local beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was very private and we enjoyed the privacy. Overall a good choice for our visit and I would stay again!

Fantastic Home

Wonderful vacaction home with everything you would need. Great location for going to the beach as well as going to Gulf Blvd for the restaurants and activities. Had a great time and host was very helpful.

This house was perfect for the price, size, & location. Harriet was wonderful to work with and helped out when we needed to stay for a few extra days while waiting to close on our new home. Would definitely recommend especially for the proximity to the beach which is only 1 mile away.

Excellent Home

This is a spacious home, and is quite comfortable. It has many rooms and many places to stretch out and relax. 6-8 people fit just fine. The location is excellent, as it is in a nice neighborhood and only about a mile from the beach. I can recommend this home without reservation.

Nice Home Close to Beaches and Restaurants

We had a great stay in Harriet’s home. It was my husband, myself, our adult children and our dog, Lucy. The home is in a great location and close to many beaches and restaurants. It was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Lucy enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect Vacation Home

Everything was perfect! The house was very large and spacious with a wonderful fenced in yard for dogs. The house is located in a great location, just minutes from the beach and a short drive to John's Pass Village and Boardwalk! I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in the Seminole area!

Great Getaway!

The house was beautiful, warm and safe. It had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing.. We enjoyed the location; the beach, Dali museum and Ray's stadium were only 20 minutes in either direction. Harriet was a great hostess! We will be back!

Lovely Seminole home

Our Vacation

We like where the home is located. It’s close to our Son and family. We like that it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We were able to meet Harriet and Courtney and they are both very nice. Courtney came to fix the TV and Harriet stopped by and fixed the microwave issue. We have stayed here before and will stay again.
