Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for evening cookouts after a day on the water.

Comfortable and cozy

We enjoyed staying at this home alot. Its in a perfect location and in a beautiful neighborhood. It looks like the pictures show and is very big and roomy inside. The lani is huge and very nice and the dog loved the big fenced in yard. We had use of the garage for storage which was real nice for our bikes. We had great communication with the manager, Courtney, and she came over whenever needed. The yard and house needs a little sprucing up but overall it was great. I even found a great church to go to close by. Many churches here. Also the beach is maybe a 5 minute drive from there.

First time visitors

The house is perfect size for families of all sizes! The location is in the middle of anything and everything, so popping to the grocery store wasn't an issue. The only thing I would change would be updating the mattresses and pillows, but honestly everything else was fantastic!!! I would definitely stay again!

Close to beaches!

We enjoyed our stay in the home. The spacious home was very clean. We were in the area to visit family and the local beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need. The back yard was very private and we enjoyed the privacy. Overall a good choice for our visit and I would stay again!

Excellent Home

This is a spacious home, and is quite comfortable. It has many rooms and many places to stretch out and relax. 6-8 people fit just fine. The location is excellent, as it is in a nice neighborhood and only about a mile from the beach. I can recommend this home without reservation.
