Located less than two miles from the white sand beaches of Indian Shores this well appointed spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath house with garage and enough Parking for a boat and/ or RV. The boat ramp to launch your boat is just under a mile away on the intracostal waterway. Madeira Beach, Sand Key and Clearwater beach as well as beaches in between are easily accessible via beach trolley. This home sleeps 6 has a large open kitchen, two living rooms and an air conditioned lanai perfect for relaxing. The Lanai leads out to a lovely backyard perfect for pets or for evening cookouts after a day on the water. The house is fully furnished with comfortable furniture and all the kitchen amenities of home, including an air fryer, coffee maker, even kid dishes and utensils.

We've stayed here often. There are so many great things: location, house layout, weather..I would say that an area of improvement would be to supply the basics. Toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, better frying pan, cutting board. If a guest is staying more than a week, then cleaning supplies. Vacume, decent broom etc

Property was wonderful, plenty of extras at the Property for the beach and thi gs we forgot like toiletries and beach towels. Plenty of room for the whole family abd best of all a beautiful back yard. Will definitely be back.

Nice Home Close to Beaches and Restaurants

We had a great stay in Harriet’s home. It was my husband, myself, our adult children and our dog, Lucy. The home is in a great location and close to many beaches and restaurants. It was clean and had everything that we needed to be comfortable. Lucy enjoyed the fenced-in backyard. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent Home

This is a spacious home, and is quite comfortable. It has many rooms and many places to stretch out and relax. 6-8 people fit just fine. The location is excellent, as it is in a nice neighborhood and only about a mile from the beach. I can recommend this home without reservation.

Lovely Seminole home

Very nice house and spacious. Very clean and comfortable. Also loved the beautiful fenced in back yard. Harriett was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home with everything in reach

The was a fantastic place. There were a few little things, the light at the front door was out and a couple of other through out the home. However I just snagged a bulb from the bathroom and resolved that issue. One of the spectrum remotes didn't have batteries. However this was an easy enough fix. The lanai is something to be hold. I could have spent my whole vacation out there relaxing. The master bedroom has a very firm matress, which I fell in love with. Honestly for the money it was the best place I have stayed in a long time. Thank you so much!

Great Value for the Location

This is a great house for the money. Very spacious. The only two issues we had were the showers and the beds. It was difficult to figure out how to get the hot water to work in the shower. The other issue was the beds. All of the mattresses were older and overly firm. A 3 or 4 inch memory foam pad would work wonders. The Murphy bed was broken when we arrived and unusable. We were counting on having 3 queen sized beds. The first night we had to sleep on couches. Harriet was kind to bring a queen sized air mattress the next day, but we paid for a three bedroom house with 3 functioning beds and only had two. Checkout was easy and Harriet was very pleasant to work with.

Visit with Family in the area

Convenient location. Neighborhood quiet ∋ce. House CLEAN. Florida room perfect family meals. Dogs loved chasing the lizards in the fenced yard. BUT the rental is not perfect. Dining room chairs need to be replaced. More bath towels should have been provided...we only had 4 adults staying at the house...had there been 6, 2 would have had to air dry. Mattresses were ok. I had to buy a toilet seat assist bars for my 80 year old mother-in-law because the toilets are 80s style lowboy which she wasn't able to get up from. The main bath with the jacuzzi tub was impossible for her to get in and out of on her own. BUT in the owners defense, she does not list it as ADA compliant. The shower door in the master bath only opens slightly before hitting the toilet, so it's a bit awkward and hard to get in and out. The mixing valve is like a combination lock to get the water temp right. The Kitchen is a nice size and well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups etc, but only 2 steak knives. Fridge had no interior bulbs, the water and ice machine are not working. Dishwasher worked but not great. There was no dish rack for hand washing dishes. BBQ was a cheap little charcoal grill that fit 8 burgers max. This visit was to spend time with relatives, it was a pain to set up grill 2 times/day. Slop sink on side of house filled with water & mosquito larve. Overall, The rental was good for us and we managed with it's shortcomings and had a very nice time. I would recommend to others

While I admit that a big reason for choosing this property for our stay was the low price, I did not expect things to be so neglected. The first noticeable issue was the dead battery in the smoke detector, then we started realizing that about a quarter of the lightbulbs were out. The dead lightbulbs likely weren't recent issues, since it was obvious that other guests had already started moving bulbs from other fixtures to where they were needed. The microwave keypad doesn't work. No paper towels or toilet paper was a first for us.

Enjoyed our stay. Tub was very slippery to stand in. No bath available. Outside garbage cans had not been emptied from last guest. Couldn't figure out the controls for florida room ceiling fans. Tried 2 seperate beds, both were very uncomfortable.

We had a great time!

This house is located in nice quiet neighborhood and close to anything you need. Its a big house but the Florida room might be the best part. Nice yard but needs some tlc and lights out back.
