Right outside Playa Azul there is plenty of shopping and local eateries within walking distance.

Tastefully remodeled and completed June 2023, this modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit features many amenities to help make your stay as comfortable as possible from 400 thread sheets, plush pillows and climate controlled bedroom suites to high speed internet, smart tvs in every room and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can prepare meals just as you do when your back home. The unit can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and children with 2 king-size beds and a premium mattress pullout, full-size sofa bed.

Amenities include: Pools, tennis court, basketball court, handball court, beach, park and beautifully appointed courtyard are among the spaces that you can enjoy when you book your stay with us!

What a wonderful stay. The condo is as presented, clean, modern and beautiful. Sergio was so wonderful and responsive. Super nice guy. Beach access was nice and convenient. The condo is furnished with everything you need for the beach and all must haves for a kitchen. Will be staying again for sure.

The condo is amazing! Great beachfront location close to El Yunque, restaurants and snorkeling tours. Comfortably met the needs of our family of 5 with three teenagers. The view is outstanding and the space is well appointed and modern. Air conditioning available throughout but often times not needed with the nice ocean breeze on the 22nd floor. Sergio is a great host, very responsive and helpful.

The Condo is beautiful and the Host Sergio was amazing, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The view overlooking the beach is a great way to start and end the day. As amazing as the place is, the host made it an unforgettable experience. I would recommend booking this Condo before any others.

The condo was amazing and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need. They thought of everything. The beach was amazing and we loved relaxing in the condo in the evenings. Proximity to delicious restaurants was great.

Great vacation!

We had a great time in this spot. The condo was described accurately and worked very well. The view was excellent, beds comfortable, AC worked well, and kitchen well suited. Loquillo is a sleepy wonderful town. The beach in front of the condo was lovely as was the public beach around the corner. And it was great to have beach chairs readily available. Highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay at Sergio's place. The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean. There was plenty of space for all your things. My family was relieved to find each king sized bed was comfortable. Having TVs in all the rooms with access to numerous channels was a plus. The ocean views from the bedrooms and porch were stunning and we loved viewing the mountains from the front door. The brand new elevator to the unit worked perfectly and was much appreciated as the unit was on the top floor. Sergio's place was in a great location. Easy to get to the beach (beach equipment is provided...4 new beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels, etc.), the rainforest, San Juan, and other locations. Sergio was easy to communicate with and provided information on restaurants and activities in the area. We highly recommend this property and hope to visit here again.
