Affordable, Convenient location, there’s a Tiki Bar!

Description says it all, check in and out was a breeze. Perfect place for an affordable getaway, room was clean and just like the photos. Just a boardwalk away from the Tiki Bar which had good food and live music. The beach was about 25 minutes from here (yes that’s with Florida traffic) honestly couldn’t have asked for a more affordable stay, will be back!

End of February - long weekend stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend visit. Being on the marina was peaceful and a beautiful setting/view. The tiki bar/restaurant was fun. Staff there was very friendly. Service was qreat! We even had some luck at the slot machines on day one! We will definitely stay here again on our annual Florida trip!!

Great one night stay

I flew into Sarasota and Marks place was an easy drive from the airport. I received my check in information on time and was allowed to check in a bit early. Place was clean and comfortable, and would stay again. I did not see the email about checking out before I checked out but didn’t miss anything important other than putting used towels on bathroom floor. Thanks for a nice stay Mark!
