O apartamento é lindo,reformado, 1 ar condicionado na sala,e outro no quarto,que é ar quente e frio,geladeira freezer grande,guarda roupa grande,e o prédio e muito discreto sem porteiro,só com segurança eletrônica, pertinho da praia e calçadão.
