Melhor relação custo x beneficio

Fomos em 4 pessoas e ficamos 9 dias hospedados. Em quase todos os dias pegamos sol. O apartamento é exatamente o descrito no anuncio. Simples, muito bem localizado e atende perfeitamente 4 pessoas. Tem todos os utensílios necessários pra uma boa hospedagem, Wifi banda larga, até secador de cabelo. A questão da localização é o grande diferencial, fica próximo do Calçadão da central onde é possível adquirir o passaporte ao Beto Carrero com transporte incluso (compensa mais do que comprar pelo site, pois comprando pelo site vc terá que alugar um carro pra ir ao parque). Na porta do edifício tem o ponto de ônibus do BONDIDINHO (um caminhão pra transporte de pessoas pela orla) que te leva ao Uniprais onde tem um excelente passeio de teleférico, brinquedos radicais e termina na praia de Laranjeiras onde pode-se passar o dia e depois retorna pelo mesmo teleférico sem custo. Próximo ao edifício há padarias muito boas e um supermercado grande, basta seguir pela 1500 e virar a esquerda na terceira avenida. A negociação com o proprietário sr. Rafael foi bastante rápida, sem burocracias e sanou todas as duvidas. Concerteza indico este imóvel. O preço cobrado pelo proprietário é muito justo. Eu ainda aproveitei pra alugar um carro e fui conhecer as cidades próximas de Blumenau e Pomerode.

Excelente apartamento

Excelente apartamento, confortável, muito bem localizado, tem todos os tipos de comércio perto, vestuário, farmácias, padarias, restaurantes, agências de turismo, e ainda fica a uma quadra da praia conforme divulgado. O proprietário Sr. Rafael, muito atencioso e ainda faz o translado do aeroporto por um valor mais que especial. Parabéns, amei a estadia. Super recomendo, tanto pela cidade, quanto pelo imóvel.

Fomos em férias de julho de 2014 para levar nosso filho ao Beto Carrero World e ficamos no apartamento do senhor Rafael em Balneário Camboriú . Simplesmente adoramos! O apartamento é pequeno, pois possui apenas um quarto, mas é super aconchegante e nos acomodou super bem. O senhor Rafael nos recebeu com muita educação e carinho. Para os passeios em Balneário, praticamente não utilizamos o carro, pois realmente fica perto de tudo.

Sentimos em casa!

Perto de tudo, um lugar muito tranquilo e até em dia de chuva aproveitamos muito bem o lugar. O Sr. Rafael foi muito atencioso conosco, deu todos os atendimentos durante nossa estadia. Tudo de acordo com as fotos e o anuncio, bem limpo e organizado, 1 minuto da praia principal, ônibus passando na porta e muitos restaurantes perto. Somos um casal e o apto foi perfeito. Decoração simples mais acolhedora. Perto de tudo que precisávamos, a praia êh super perto, não mais que um minuto andando. O Rafael deixa sempre 2 cadeirinhas de praia. É bem arejado e iluminado, e o preço o melhor que encontramos, foi um ótimo investimento. O prédio é familiar. Voltaremos sempre.

Férias maravilhosas..

Amamos a estadia no apartamento, fora alguns detalhes construtivos que podem ser analizados, fomos com nossa filha de 2 anos, e pelo apartamento ter sacada, nao tinha proteção(tela), por isso indico ao dono analizar essa questão, pq nós tinhamos que ficar de olho nela o tempo todo, ai ficava dificil descançar com ela acordada rsrs. Mais qdo chegamos o apartamento estava limpinho, cheiroso, realmente certinho do jeito como nas fotos, eu super indico. Seu Rafael, que tive a oportunidade de conversar, é mto gente fina, e a Roberta que cuida do Apartamento pessoa querida e simpatica. Confeço que no começo quando depositariamos a entrada nós ficamos desconfiados, mais gente ...pode confiar, eles sao pessoas maravilhosas. Amamos e concerteza voltaremos. EU Super indico.. Férias inesqueciveis, maravilhosas!!!

Apto simples, mas confortável e super prático, perto de tudo. Limpeza nota 10. Não tem garagem, mas o preço acho que é o melhor da região - não achei outro do mesmo nível melhor e mais barato. Gostei também do prédio, maioria idosos, silencioso e praia fica muito perto, uma quadra, + ou - menos de um minuto caminhando. O Rafael é atencioso e bom para negociar.
