This lovely villa has 4 bedrooms/2 en-suite masters, 3 bathrooms, and an extra-large pool, sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is located in Sanctuary at West Haven, which is about 10 minutes from Disney World, 2 minutes away from the Championship golf course, and near all the major attractions.

The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house builder in the region. The east-facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year.

Clean house in a gated community not far from attractions.

Ok pictures show carpet in the house, there is tile, shows old TV's, all flat screens. The house and pool was clean, have no complaints about our stay. Yes I would use again and recommend to people I know.

Orlando sites 2023

Nice size and layout of property. Comfortable furniture and beds Kitchen dishes and supplies were good, I would have liked to see perhaps some tin foil or plastic wrap. Laundry equipment was good but would have appreciated some laundry pods, especially since you requested that we wash the towels before we left. Overall very happy with the accommodations and would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Very nice house

Everything was really nice. Had everything we needed. Beds were really comfortable. Great location. The only disappointment was in the picture with the pool it would look like there was a hot tub. That was something really important for me to have. It is not a hot tub. There are no jets and water is the same temp as the pool. There was also some rust type stains in the bathroom sink.

Excellent home from home - v comfy

Family of 5 - 2 adults / 3 kids aged 7-15. House was perfect for our needs. Beds comfy, clear check in instructions, good WiFi, fab pool, everything needed in kitchen (inc sharp knives/cheese grater!), lovely neighbourhood. Overall we thought it was great-thank you for sharing with us :-). If we were being really picky with more adults in our party , we’d probably have just needed more wine glasses. Otherwise it was great.

The house was quite spacious and located in a pleasant neighborhood. I have stayed in quite a few VRBO houses in Orlando and this is the first negative review I am compelled to write. The beds are horrid so much so that we had to purchase back spray. The couch has seen better days and the coffee table is falling apart. The blinds in the bedrooms are damaged. Let's not talk about the washer which was malfunctioning since we arrived. While I agree this was not the owner fault it was very inconvenient to have to find somewhere to do laundry

Sorry for the washer issue! We bought the washer in the summer, only 6 moths old, and it was so unfortunate that it was broken during their stay! Since it is still under manufacture warranty, I contacted the service vendor and got an appointment for one week later. As a responsible owner, I felt it was inconvenient for guests to Wait one more week without washer, so I went head and ordered a new one , and delivered the third day. I forwarded the review to my villa manager to follow up, she said other items are fine and only one piece of blind has a partial damage, and they had ordered the replacement piece.

A place to stay

The house was bigger and a little nicer than the pictures, but pretty much everything was weathered. I took 800 pictures when I got there because I was worried about getting charged. They were responsive to our needs, which was great. The house smelled like stale cigarettes when we walked in; which was pretty gross, but we had no choice---I traveled with 6 other people. I purchased laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent because we were told to leave everything as is, but none of that was there for us to clean with. Also, they didn't tell us we had to take out the PREVIOUS tenant's trash, so when we were ready to bring out our trash, all of the bins were completely full. I should not have to take out a PREVIOUS guest's trash when I'm paying for a place to stay!

I am so sorry for the smoke smell you mentioned, the manager did not report to me when he did the pre-check-in inspection. Regarding the trash policy, the trash pick-up is only once a week, so please don't feel bad that you have to take care of the trashes from the previous guests, as some of your trashes will be taken care by the guests after you. All you need to do is to haul the trash cans to the curbside. I know you were there for vacation , but that is how the vacation home runs. Since you did not take the trashes out on trash pickup day, the villa manager had to go there to take the trashes away with his truck. I sent the manager to the house today and he said no smoke smell in the house now. May

Issues

This is the 1st time I rented a property, and was very apprehensive. Even with all my issues I would rent again. 1. Checking procedure was confusing 2. Contacting management was difficult to solve issues and have questions answered. Once this road block was eliminated things went well. 3. Unit needs to be redecorated and repairs need to be made. a. Stains in bathroom basins b. Repair sliding door screening c. Repair or replace safety screening around pool d. Repair or replace screen door to side yard. e. Patching of holes in the wall need to be repainted f. Crack tiles need to be repaired 4. Provide renters instructions of their responsibility to add water to pool and hot tub. More importantly how to do it? 5. Silver Ware and dinning placement should be for at least 8, this was not the case. 6. Driveway could be larger for SUV vehicles. a. Since parking is not permitted on the streets where do extra cars park? Thank God we had an understanding and friendly neighbor. 7. Sofa and love seat need to be replaced, I doubt if springs can be replaced. A core for older adults to stand up? 8. There should be a check list for new guest to note damage upon their arrival and during their stay. 9. Check in should be @ 3 pm. and check out should be 11 am. For an additional charge renters can get an earlier check in or later check out.

Maison mal entretenue, rouille dans les lavabos et un bain. Fourmis dans une chambre. Porte de cuisine le moustiquaire était déchiré. Ventilation encrassée. Rideau de douche moisi. La table de salon fendue en 2. Coupe-froid manquant à la porte d’entrée (espace en bas de porte pouvant laisser passer des bestioles). Rien pour entretenir la maison (balayeuse, vadrouille, balai adéquat etc.) Aucune plate forme en dessous des lits qui provoque l’affaissement des matelas. On offre la location du BBQ mais jamais je n’aurais mis de nourriture là dedans eurk. Sécheuse qui ne sèche pas. Plus de 5 cycles de séchage pour faire sécher des serviettes. Si vous désirez, nous avons des photos à l’appui.

Nice house had a great time.

House was nice plenty of room. Was me and my 4 other adults get away for fun. Beds comfortable furniture comfortable. Plenty of pans, utensils and plates if you want to cook (we didnt). Not far from attractions. Screen enclosure around pool area had several torn screens needed repair could not sit outside in the evening because of mosquitos. Pool was nice size and clean. Owner was very accommodating with early check in and was quick to respond with any issues. Property management sent out maintenance person same day with hot tub issues. Close to a shopping center for quick run out. Overall had a good time house served its purpose.

Great community and house!

This house was perfect for our needs! Reasonable distance from Orlando and not too far from the shops and restaurants of Champion's Gate. The community was secure and had many friendly folks throughout. We really loved using the pool to cool off during the day and the hot tub to relax in the evenings. Sitting on the pool deck in the early morning sun was one of our favorite ways to begin the day. We primarily spent our time out of the house (Universal, state parks, beach days) so having a comfortable house to return to was ideal. The home was well cleaned upon our arrival and the check in process was smooth and simple. We didn't use the pool table or ping pong table in the garage at all but that was a nice option to have. Overall, we really enjoyed our trip!

Enjoyable week.

My family and I stayed for a week. We had no real issues, checking in/out was easy and contact free. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept, and the house was nice. We were about 20/30 minutes away from Disney, which was nice because we spent most of the days there. The pool area was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice way to end the day. Definitely recommend adding the hot tub option if you are planning on going to the parks, it's perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Amazing

Stayed here with my husband and our three children (ages 15, 14 and 8). Positives: The house was even better than the pictures. We all had plenty of space, and there was no fighting over bathrooms. Close location to everywhere we planned on going (deaworld, Disney, universal). Everyone reported the beds were very comfortable, and there were extra pillows and blankets in closets for if needed. The pool was amazing! We all swam a couple times each day, and it was so peaceful. Great communication as far as expectations and the house itself. Had a binder with all needed information for us, too. The community was great. Good peace of mind that it is gated and people need to know the code for access. Negatives (VERY minor, in our opinion): The clothes dryer stopped several times, so we just hung out the clothes outside to dry. The back door - we couldn't get the lock to work, so not sure if we were doing it wrong or if it needs to be repaired.

Florida has a subtropical climate and care must be taken with food that is left uncovered. Uncovered food can attract ants very quickly
