Overall great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Azul Paraiso since we were considering purchasing a unit in the new buildings. We loved the ambiance here, and while the access is a bit longer than we thought, it became a very easy drive once we knew the road. The unit was great- nicely appointed, quality furniture. the kitchen and the bathrooms were fine, there was even an outdoor shower in the master bathroom. The terrace was wonderful and we spent half our time sitting out there watching the birds, and the howler monkeys on the wires and trees across the road. The access to the pool on the lower level was a plus as well. The management people were incredible- every time we had an issue (ants in the kitchen on the first day) they showed up the next morning with spray, and sprayed outside as well. Access to the local beaches and restaurants was also a plus, and while we drove into Liberia, and also spent some time up country near Arenal during our week, we spent a good part of every day at the beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Beautiful, lots of room to spread out & Fully stocked

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So enjoyed our stay at Azul Paraiso AP2A with our family of 5! Pictures are exact, the condo is beautiful with lots of room to spread out & tones of storage! The unit is on the top, of 3, floors- just one up from large entrance stairs as enter from parking onto second floor. The view from living room, LARGE terrace, & master bedroom is Beautiful! Condo is fully stocked beach towels, salt &pepper, more dishes & utensils than you could ever use, oil, ice maker on fridge ;) beer coolies, cooly cups, beach chairs, blue tooth speakers...which I took all of and didn’t need :) Small washer and dryer with soap. No concerns w/ water pressure. The basically private pool was nice to relax at on a down day or evening. We knew it was a little way from town (5 to quiet Bahía pez Valdez beach and Soluna restau.,10mins Ocotal and father roosters- beautiful and yummy but$$, and 15mins to Coco-“Tap room” restaurant at front of Pacifico was really good, &the authentic Italian,& the Mexican on Main Street and Buzzed monkey looked hoppin- of course gotta go to did rent an SUV for the week but wasn’t quite expecting the hill to condo, by 2nd/3rd trip up was no problem!!! We made 12 trips(24 up &down) Enjoyed LaLeona tour at Rincom with Ronny from Costa Rica Holidays tours- your guy for any tour and picks you up at the condo!!!, Diamante, fishing with Dream on-could have been a little more chatty/ excitable for the cost for the day, day trip to Conchal- you have to walk the beach from Brasalito now(only about 10mins). Overall worked out great for our family - kids 14,17,19 although we were busy there was no one really for them to mix with if there was down time.
