As you arrive, you'll be greeted by a picturesque landscape, with sprawling green fields, towering trees, and a tranquil atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, with modern appliances. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which offers scenic views of the surrounding farmland.

With three spacious bedrooms, our farm house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated, featuring comfortable beds with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Great outside of town close to store and things to do. Great communication .Kids loved the outdoors and riding their bikes on drive. Water park in town was a hit and very reasonable.House was roomy and clean and well stocked with essential items. Highly recommended.

Great Place

We enjoyed everything about this place. The property is huge, house is very clean and updated, beds were comfy, and all the extras like ping pong, cornhole, and air hockey were fun. Location is super convenient to Avon and Danville (5-ish minutes to either) while keeping a secluded feel. We look forward to staying here again!

Great home for a large group or family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Danville over the holidays. The only minor snafu was getting into the house the first night, but the property manager/owner was quick to respond with the info on how to get inside. The house was perfect for our family of four but had extra room to spare. There was no need to “child-proof” for our 3- and 6- year olds and it was convenient to have access to a washing machine so we didn’t have to pack as many clothes for our cross country visit. Our TX kids had fun exploring the basement, which is huge! The location of the house is great-close to Danville, Avon and Plainfield and about 30 min from Indianapolis. If you have littles, I highly recommend the free-to-the-public play area & coffee shop at the Northview Christian Church in Danville and the Children’s Museum in Indianapolis. We are looking ahead to summer 2024 for a second visit!
