Welcome to The Sea Pony at Mexico Beach located a short 1 block walk to the beautiful white quartz sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cone discover Mexico Beach, Florida – a hidden gem on Florida’s Northwest Coast, just 25 miles southeast of Panama City, Florida. We are a 3 story townhome with garage on bottom floor. Sleeps 8 (6 adults max).We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths - 2 King bedrooms - each with en-suites. 1 King master has dual remote sleep by number bed. The 2nd King bedroom has a purple mattress (cooling sleep).One of these suites opens to a 3rd floor covered balcony with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, there is a twin bunk area for the littles. A 3rd bedroom with queen bed and separate full bathroom is on the main living space offering an open living room, gourmet kitchen with gas stove, dining space and a 2nd floor covered balcony to relax in the morning or evening with your beverage of choice. Well stocked full kitchen with staple spices, oils and more.Full size Washer and Dryer available for your use during your stay. Two dedicated work spaces each with desk, keyboard, mouse, monitor, chair and high speed internet for remote work. Beach cart, chairs, umbrella, wake boards, sand toys, beach towels and more are available for your use during your stay. We provide a gas grill for your use. Though we monitor and fill, we cannot guarantee the gas level. If needed, an Ace Hardware store conveniently 2 blocks down does tank fills. We are a nonsmoking and no pet home. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove bedsheets and pillowcases from beds and put with dirty towels in shower/tub basins. Leave pillows, shams, blankets and coverlets on beds. They'll be laundered separately.
Put thermostats (upstairs and down) on 74 degrees for summer a/c or 60 degrees for heat in winter months before departure and close all blinds.
Ensure all remotes are in their original locations for fans and TVs and
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No unregistered guests No smoking or pets Trash is Monday and Thursday. Place trash in containers on rear patio the night before. Secure lids.
Before departure, load and start dishwasher. Remove all perishables from refrigerator. Empty all trash and place in containers on back patio.
No beach equipment can be left on beach past 7pm. Beach equipment must be rinsed and dry after use and stored in garage.

Hello, Thank you for considering our home. I’m Robbi and I was born and grew up in Florida and enjoyed the Gulf beaches as often as life would allow. My husband, Brett, and I live in the Nashville area. This is our home that we enjoy with our family every chance work and schedules will allow. We are not a rental nor investment company. We are very much vested in keeping our home in great shape for ourselves and our guests. When we are not using our home we offer it for short term rentals. We will eventually retire here.

Why they chose this property

We chose Mexico Beach, Florida for its gorgeous white quartz sand beach, uncrowded and laid back lifestyle. This area is family oriented and and not a party town Mexico Beach is unlike the high rise and high density other beaches in the panhandle.

What makes this property unique

Our townhome is a small group of only 3 units, not a large complex with loads of people. This provides privacy and convenience with the beach literally a short block away and a neighborhood park right next door. Also we have a coffee shop, ice cream and unique shops all close by. Having a garage is a plus for storage of beach essentials - many of which we share with our guests.
