The beautiful single-family home is situated on almost 1/3 of an acre. There is a primary suite with a king bed, large soaking tub and walk-in shower; a guest suite with a king bed and large soaking tub with a retractable shower head; a queen bedroom and bunk bedroom with pull out trundle that share a bathroom. There is an eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room, living room, and an oversized covered lanai with multiple outdoor seating areas with a fan, gas grill and large screen TV. The pool and spa are enclosed with a large pool cage, surrounding you in a tropical paradise of gorgeous palm trees, flowering bushes and plants.

There is an unattached building on the property with a desk, full-sized bed and futon, for anyone who wants to get away. Access to this building is by-request.

The home has some accessible-friendly features such as no steps inside the house, and only a small step to enter the house from all doors. We have a walker, bath chair, and slip proof mat that you can also use.
