About this property

Countryside living in a real, working vineyard. Enjoy a glass of wine and charcuterie board in the atrium with an old-world, European feel. Have your coffee in the garden amongst a sea of roses and herbs. You'll soon be fast friends with our horses, border collie and orange tabby cat. If you happen to come in mid-September you might even get to experience the pinot noir grape harvest - which is always a treat. We're 10 minutes from Pismo Beach, 20 minutes to Avila Beach and 25 to Downtown San Luis Obispo.
Guest accommodations at this villa offer Billiard table, dining table, telescope, balcony, refrigerator, coffee/tea makers, cups, glasses, plates, napkins.
Bathroom includes a shower. There is also an extra shower downstairs behind the Games Shelves.
The Tower room sleeps 2 adults and the Pool Room sleeps 2 children comfortably. We can accomodate 2 adults and 2 children, but not 4 adults. Quiet times are between 10pm - 7am. Last game of pool must end at 10pm because the sound of the pool balls hitting together echo throughout the property. 😴

Weekend in the Vineyard

The villa is in a really beautiful setting and it is well decorated inside. It is very close to great restaurants like Jocko's in Nipomo and downtown Arroyo Grande. It was a short drive to our Golf Tournament at Cypress Ridge. We really enjoyed the billiards table. Hot water supply in the shower needs to be improved. The king bed up the spiral staircase in the tower is very comfortable. There are no window treatments in the tower, so you will greet the morning sun. The 360 degree daybreak views were phenomenal. The hosts are very nice and Heather responded quickly to our text messages when we needed something. You are sharing a portion of someone's residence, so it doesn't feel completely private, but the owners definitely gave us our space. Grape harvest was just getting underway and we are looking forward to tasting some of the highly rated Pinot Noir from the surrounding Quinta del Mar vineyard.

Vineyard Comfort

Well my wife and I needed to get away for a few days. She loves flowers and botanical environments, so when i found the Spanish tower and saw its location, it was a perfect fit. She absolutely loved it. The hosts were wonderful to us and very responsive to our requests and questions, the Tower was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.We will surely make reservations here again, sooner than later.
