Needs maintenance

The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The main toilet has a small toilet seat that doesn’t fit. 2 room keys should be provided as we we 3 couples coming and going at different times

Good location … very basic apartment

The apartment is clean - both bathrooms smell from a lack of stagnant water - and in a good location however it is extremely basic in its furnishings. 4 bedrooms and 2 seater couch for the only TV in the property. Our main concern is that the balcony door has ABSOLUTELY NO way of locking !! The door lock has NO catching/latching plate.- how this could ever have passed pre-purchase settlement inspection is crazy.

A few things we were disappointed with during our stay: - Only 1 room card which was impractical given we had 6 guests - 2 car spots provided but were located in front of each other, so car behind is blocked in - hard to coordinate outings with 1 room card - Lack of ventilation in Master bathroom, had a foul odour when fan was turned on, loose toilet seat - Soap in bathroom was empty on arrival - Kitchen didn’t have any tea towels - Bathroom didn’t have any hand towels Given the above, would not come back.

Had potential for a great stay

Good things: Property is located in a safe area and easy to navigate to public transportation. The style of the apartment is modern. Kids enjoyed the pool/sauna. Bad Things: The cleaner used only cleans superficially. I looked for any missed items under the bed and found a dusty pacifier from previous guests. The couch is disgusting and needs replaced. (Don’t look under it when the foot test is raised). It is stained by hair products and dirt. Carpets also have stains. The toilet in one of the bathroom didn’t flush. The host offered to have a handyman fix it but we were out for the day and only staying for 2 so the 6 of us shared the working bedroom. The closets have folded cardboard and a kids crib that looked as if it had been destroyed by previous guests. There was an attempt to child proof the edges of tables and counters but that had also been destroyed and would be an easy Fix. Other: The host didn’t send any communication until the day of occupancy after I contacted VRBO. When I did get instructions, I had to walk to a Ezymart a couple blocks away. No checkout instructionstwo.
