Great place. Loved all the windows in the living room. It was nice having the yard fenced in so our dog was free to run around. The deck was nice to sit and look at the lake. Debbie was a very friendly and helpful host.

What a serene place

The room was clean and peaceful, i loved the pond. I was able to use a paddle boat on the pond which was so much fun. What a beautiful Inn, i loved it!

Gorgeous property

I travel a lot, this is 1 of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. You will want for nothing and it's prime location to all the sights of Plymouth/Cape Cod. The owner checks to see if there is anything you need and adds all the touches, (coffee, paper products, shampoo) . Super clean and the view is incredible !! I will go back for sure !!

Clean well equipped home

This was one of the best appointed homes I’ve ever stayed in. You really just need to bring your toothbrush and clothes. The location was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood and on a small pond with beautiful sunsets. The host was wonderful made sure anything you might need was there. I brought my granddaughters they loved it!! Would definitely stay there again we loved it!!

While the house and property were very cute and accomadating for our stay, were disappointed that we booked a lake front property and could not use the lake. Upon arrival we were told by the owner that the lake we were staying on had a bacteria in it so that we should shower after if we go swimming. Based on this information, my cousin hestitantly dipped his feet in and within the hour, after showering, his feet were tingling and his stomach was bothering him. We looked into this bacteria closer and found out the lake is actually closed and any swimming or lake activities were prohibited due to cyanobacteria. We would not have booked this property if we knew we couldnt use the lake and the fact that we paid lake front pricing is pretty frustrating.

Oh what fun!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Family, friends and our dog enjoyed the pond, paddle boat, fishing, the barbecue, the fire pit and making s’mores. Our host, Debbie, was very helpful and always available if we needed her.

Nice property with private back yard. Nice private seating area near a pond. About 5-10 minute drive from Plymouth. Close enough but not too close. Really quiet. We never heard anyone else there.

Charming Stay at a Perfect Location

My sister and I stayed at the Clear Pond Penthouse Inn property in Plymouth, MA for a weekend stay. We had a Friday night wedding in Kingston and wanted to tool around Plymouth on Saturday to see the sights. Perfect location for both! Our wedding and downtown Plymouth were 15 minutes away. The penthouse suite is lovely and tastefully decorated. If you didn't have anywhere to go - you wouldn't mind just hanging out at the suite! It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed as far as amenties go. The main room overlooks the back yard and the pond beyond. We took advantage of walking around the pond to the right of the gate and it was so pretty being surrounded by nature. The host Debra is great! She answered any questions that we had and the check in/check out process was so easy. I would highly recommend a stay here . We would love to visit again! Thank you and best regards,

Wonderful property

We had a fantastic fall weekend, the property is exactly as described and is well stocked. Debbie was there when we arrived but her instructions were clear for guest arrival. Everything was clean and neat. The grounds were lovely and there’s plenty of space, the pond looked beautiful and the walking trail was great for anyone. A very quick easy ride into Plymouth and any stores or restaurants you might like. We look forward to booking again.

Perfect stay

I rented this property for a family weekend with my parents and brother. We grew up a few towns over so it was nice to be near everything. You're just off the highway, so close to great restaurants in Plymouth, yet feel far away and secluded being right on the serene pond. Everything was as pictured and it was great to have a big living room for us to hang out in. The only thing to note which I may have missed on the listing is that the bathroom is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. So if someone is in the restroom, you can't pass between the bedroom and kitchen (and rest of the home). This was a little tricky while everyone is getting ready, but we made it work. Something to be aware of, depending on who you are traveling with! All in all our stay was great and I would recommend it to others.

Get trip insurance

The property itself is not an issue. It was pretty decent. However, the pond has ongoing issues with blue- green algae so we were not able to go in. The pond tested positive the day after we arrived and we had already gone in so members of my group experienced symptoms including my dog. It’s not really the property managers fault as it had been cleared by the town a few weeks earlier. But if I had known it was a possible issue I would have bought trip insurance and would not have gone in the water. Check the town website for most up to date info on water quality.

Dog’ Vacation

We rented the ‘Penthouse’ at Clear Pond for the week of 8/14/21 to 8/21/21. The house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to cook meals. Debra was very nice and was there on and off to make sure we (and the other rental units) were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice location in the vicinity of Plymouth. Allows pets, so our doggie was very pleased as were we!
