The property consists of 120 units and is located in the small community of Kahana . The property is a well maintained, lush, beautiful, has a front lobby/reception with Koi pond, seating area relaxing Hawaiian music to welcome all guests. Its a great place to place to enjoy a game, read a book or simply sit and relax. Our heated pool, is an absolute treat (enjoy all year round, most properties do not have heated pools ), there are X3 BBQ’s on complex for guest use. Relax and dine in for the evening allowing you to enjoy a beautiful Maui sunset and the ocean views from our our private lanai.
106 is a ground floor unit (no stairs) with an amazing grass area and beautiful beach (depending on the winter weather) located directly in front of our lanai. The lanai is an amazing place to enjoy your coffee, cocktail, whale watch, or take in the a beautiful Maui sunset. This green space makes the property feel very lush and tropical. Beach directly out front (or just to the left) makes it perfect for guests who just want to chill and not want to have to drive everyday to the beach. Close by are is a coffee shop, a few restaurants, (A must to try is China Boat) convenient store, fuel station, Snorkel Bob’s and a gym.
This is a large studio, equipped with a full kitchen, island seating, dining table, smart TV, king bed , and walk in shower and separate vanity area with lots of space.
Kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances you have everything you need to make a nice meal to dine on the lanai.
You can’t beat the location close to amenities, away from the big hotels and crowded beaches. A great location if you simply want to unwind and relax. You will be so happy you booked this rental, it truly is our piece of paradise and so very peaceful!
