Restaurants & shopping are minutes from the home. Have fun playing pool, corn hole or ping pong and enjoy the evening watching a movie on your favorite app or DirecTV.

HOA community, excessive noise is monitored, quiet times are 10pm-7am. No parties.
Refrain from using chemical/cleaning products with any towels or fabrics within the home. Paper towels are supplied.
