Savannah Bananas Trip

The house was great with a great location! Communication with Host was very prompt and helpful!! Additional TVs in bedrooms could be helpful for ones that like a noise to go to sleep. Overall it’s a perfect house!!

House is nice, in a nice quiet area. Ample space and beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathrooms are decent sized. Back yard is fenced in. Owner replied quickly. They charged a 275 cleaning fee for two nights but the house was not properly cleaned for new guests. Upon arrival the garbage can was already placed on the curb with overflowing trash and trash on the ground. Dirty pots in the cabinets we had to thoroughly wash. Broken cabinet doors in the kitchen. The neon wall sign was previously severed with the cut piece still there on the floor and the owner stated it must have been broken by the previous guest. The problem is that if the previous guest broke it why was it left on the floor? The floor wasn’t swept. We had to sweep and mop the dirty floors, there was dust everywhere. There are a lot of house rules. No gas grill just a small red charcoal grill with a broken handle and cigarette butts in it. The garbage disposal was left with food inside of it. We had to clean the bathtub before use. It was visibly dirty. The lawn was not manicured and there was a pile of trash outside of the back door close to the small red charcoal grill. The outside step is too tall watch your step when stepping up and especially down. We did not receive the check in and check out information three days before checking in. had to request it the day before arrival. Will not book this house again as there are too many minor inconveniences for the premium price that’s charged.
