Welcome to my Downtown Beach House, located in the heart of the Lake Worth historic district! This spacious vacation home is perfect for large gatherings, whether you’re in town for a wedding, beach vacation, or family reunion.

This rare duplex features seven bedrooms and three bathrooms in total; four bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and three bedrooms with one bathroom upstairs. The upstairs unit has a separate entrance perfect for family or friend gatherings.

Just what you’re looking for!

Very clean! Awesome space. Like two houses in one. Kitchen up stairs with bedrooms and another downstairs with more bedrooms. Cute outside area. Super close to nice walking strip with restaurants & food. Just stellar! Debi is sweet too!

Great getaway

We were a big group of family and friends. We stayed here because of the size of the home and the location. It was GREAT! we all slept confortable. House was clean, old but clean. It is 2 properties in one, pretty cool. Debi was fast to respond to my questions. The only thing we were not to happy with was the instructions given to check out when we paid for a big cleaning fee. I feel like we did 1/2 the cleaning crew's job. but everything else was nice.

Unfortunate

Unfortunately this vrbo was a horrible start to our family reunion weekend. The listing said the place had heat, and it does not. It was a cold front that weekend, 40s at night. This review won't fit all the details but basically the owner bought 3 space heaters from target when we got there and we were trying to use all 7 rooms. I spent 2-3 hours on the phone with vrbo and they could do absolutely nothing for us because the owner was "fixing" this. She also had all wall unit ACs blasting when we got there. I guess this is the instructions the cleaning people had. This cold front was already happening for 2-3 days before, so you would think the owner would tell them not to do this or it would be common sense. The worst part was her attitude throughout this, telling us it just wasn't cold. We had some family members waiting in the car for heat. Then we see roaches in the kitchen, so we are careful cleaning all crumbs. Then we see one in the master bedroom and my 5 year old then didn't want to sleep in there. The owner blames this on us saying we had doors open. Anyone in FL knows roaches don't just come right in when you open the door and its a common problem that needs pest control. Again, didn't need the attitude from this owner. The electric went out in a 3 rooms, so we didn't have light etc. It was such a shame that this owner could not let us out of the stay or even do any kind of credit. This is my first negative review ever, I would not recommend anyone to stay here..

Over exaggerated the situation in order to try to get a refund. Sometimes people are never happy no matter what you do.
