This house is located in downtown Huntsville steps away from dining, shopping and businesses. This 1896 "Bost" house has been fully renovated and is located in the Old Town historic district and Blossomwood school district. The house is full appointed to include a fully stocked kitchen, bed linens, towels, etc. Home has a new front loading Samsung washer and dryer. Two car garage and large storage closets. House has two bedrooms downstairs (king and double bed) and one extra-large bedroom upstairs that four upstairs (two twin beds and daybed with trundle). House has two and a half bathrooms. There is a "hidden garden" with Adirondack chairs, firepit, and string lights behind the garage.

Why they chose this property
Stay in downtown Huntsville in the historic Old Town district where neighbors gather for a glass of sweet tea or cocktail on front porches on a daily basis. Enjoy walking around the historic district which boasts a huge number on Antebellum historic homes that have been restored to all their magnificence. In the "Bost" house you are two city blocks from fabulous coffee shops, restaurants, shops, the downtown square and Big Spring Park.
