Great property

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and the beach is close and for us did not have a ton of people so it gave us plenty of room to enjoy the water and sand. Would stay here again.

Excellent Condo for beach fun

The location was excellent for beach fun and viewing rocket launches. It was really close to the port for easy access to get to our cruise ship. The interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained. There were lots of extra touches that made the stay special. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect for Space & Beach Activities

Awesome spot for our space centered vacation. Convenient to the Kennedy space center, Brevard zoo, and Cocoa beach. We loved the direct beach access and pool. Our kids loved the bunk beds and that we saw a space X rocket from our balcony. Comfy and stocked with beach amenities! We loved staying there!

Short walk to the beach

Great location, nice amenities. Short walk to the beach! Some of the appliances such as the coffee maker and toaster could be replaced. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Perfect spot for a tranquil family beach vacation.

This place is perfect! From the well equipped, spacious, nicely decorated condo to the beautiful, clean beach just steps away it made for a wonderful family beach vacation. Pool was heated nicely as advertised and other guests/residents were very friendly. We even saw a rocket launch from the beach our first night! Also, Elise was very helpful/responsive and made for an easy, stress free stay. Will def be back!!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! The space was perfect for our family of 4. The kids slept in the room upstairs, they loved the bunk bed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. The private beach access was so convenient, we enjoyed going to the pool and the beach. Would definitely recommend!
