Big disappointment.

We just spent 3 weeks in this condo and describe it as tired, somewhat unclean and lacking in amenities. The carpets and area rugs need cleaning, the bathrooms are old and in need of updating. The kitchen appliances are also old and the stove difficult to regulate. The coffee maker and toaster are ancient and the cooking and cutting utensils inadequate. There also were no coffee filters or herbs / spices, not even salt and pepper. Although there are now, as we have contributed those that we bought. We have rented properties from Maine to Hawaii and here on Captiva and have never found a condo so poorly equipped and maintained.
