This beautiful three bedroom apartment in the most sought after condominiums in Barbados, 109 Palm Beach is the ideal choice for either a family vacation, business trip or quiet getaway.

With beachfront positioning but close to all amenities you have the option of joining the hustle bustle of a thriving tourist island or relaxing and taking a quiet break from it all.

The large sized apartment is well outfitted with a comfortable, air-conditioned, open plan kitchen/living area offering a very well equipped kitchen with casual seating at the granite countertop while the lounge area is spacious with comfortable seating focused on a large flat screen TV and accessible WiFi.

The covered patio also offers additional outdoor seating and an outdoor dining area to make the most of the wonderful tropical lifestyle. The covered patio opens out to a small tropical garden, offering privacy, that takes you out to the vast pool and garden areas. A path meanders down from the pool to a small gate leading directly out to the beautiful golden sand and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Each of the three bedrooms is fully air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and the master suite opens out to the covered patio.

The condo was perfect for our group of 6! Everything we could have asked for was supplied and then some. The property was great, our only complaint would be that the pool area needs more chaise lounges, but that isn’t a thing Cherane can control. Great apartment and wonderful host! The unit is fully stocked (I hosted Thanksgiving while there and didn’t need to buy anything but the food.) and the beach, pool, and location couldn’t be better. The apartment is clean and a housekeeper came in twice in the week we stayed. There is a beach bar next door and a super cute coffee shop on the other side. We will be back!

Family Vacation

I would highly recommend this property, it is a great location for a family holiday. We spent 2 weeks there and enjoyed every moment. Cherane is a 5 star host who was always prompt in responding to our questions and that we were enjoying our time in Barbados.

A fabulous property well located

Property is a well equipped, spacious and clean in a well maintained complex with lovely pool and back gate backing onto the beach. We are a family of six and enjoyed our time on the island helped by having this lovely apartment to stay in. Cherane was a wonderful host before and during our stay, and even though we never met we had plenty of communication with her throughout. The property was well laid out and had a peaceful ground floor outside area where we spent lots of our time. Just outside the complex's gate is a convenience store and taxis were readily available on that road to bring you anywhere in the island. Would highly recommend!

Palm Beach Condos 109 perfect for a family stay

The condo was everything we hoped for. The open design with the kitchen and living area offered plenty of space. The patio was perfect for outdoor living and dining with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan and landscaping that offered privacy. The pool is only steps away from the patio. The beach is only 150 yards away from the patio door. The kitchen had mostly everything you need for cooking and dining. The bedrooms were roomy and had enough closet space. The condo is in walking distance of dining and public transportation. I would definitly recommend this property.

Paradise on the South Shore of Barbados

This was our second time staying at Palm Beach and it was wonderful both times. The property is so well kept and all areas are enjoyable. Unit 109 is on the ground floor so only a few steps away from the pool but secluded by hedges so no one else can see us while enjoying the patio. The patio can easily 6 or more people for dining or lounging. The units are large with 3 large bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The kitchen has everything you could need to prepare full size meals, just like at home. Cherane met us upon arrival and showed around the unit then drove us to the grocery store. She is wonderful! Her response time is excellent. Usually within 5 min. I recommend this unit as well as Palm beach

We loved Palm Beach 109

This property was essentially perfect for our family stay and we highly recommend it. The condo has plenty of space to spread out. The patio is wonderful for hanging out reading outdoor dining etc. The beach is right there through a gate and we enjoyed daily morning swims. The pool is gorgeous and it was quiet to sit there on lounge chairs with plenty of shade from umbrellas and trees. The condo is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We never thought "I wish they had..." in the kitchen. There were plenty of beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping came twice and left it immaculate. Cherane was wonderful pre-trip making sure our questions were answered, making recommendations about dining and activities. In addition, she helped coordinate a grocery delivery which was huge since we arrived on Christmas eve. Lots of great restaurants very close by. We enjoyed walking on the board walk to several. We give it our highest recommendation and we 100% hope to be back.

Not just another day in paradise!

We had a wonderful week in paradise! We left the frozen tundra of the Northeast and landed over the rainbow in a tropical paradise that helped us thaw out and recharge our batteries! The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! The location was private and very relaxed, much calmer than Sugar Bay where we went to the Spa and checked out their facility! The Spa was great by the way! We went on several excursions but honestly the best part of Barbados is the people! They are kind, friendly, and very accommodating! The first person we met was Cherane who helped us with all our needs right from booking to arrival! Home made coconut bread from her mom and fresh lemonade in the fridge! We came in late so it was much appreciated! From there on out all of the locals were so much fun and so helpful! We loved our entire experience at 109 and would highly recommend this location for families, several friends or any group of people. There were only 4 of us, but 6 people can easily be accommodated! Thanks so much Cherane! We will likely see you again!

Superb place to stay

We enjoyed 12 nights of luxury at this wonderful condominium. When I plan our holidays I always get a little stressed when all the family rely on me to provide a good vacation, well I hit the jackpot with 109. The accommodation is of a very high standard and set in beautiful well maintained grounds. The attention to detail is impressive, the kitchen is fitted with every appliance you could wish for, the living area is large and tastefully furnished. With the warm weather we spent most of our time on the lovely large patio area, a few strides from the pool and a 30 second stroll to the beach. My personal favourite thing to do was to take one of the folding chairs onto the beach and watch the turtles swim about in the clear shallow water. There are various restaurants in the area and several stores and supermarkets a few minutes away. We chose to take the crazy ZR mini bus local transport, loud reggae music and a roller coaster ride all for 2 dollars. We used the local bus service for trips to Holetown and to the Andromeda gardens on the wild east coast. We liked rubbing shoulders with the very friendly local people but other travellers may prefer a car rental to provide better flexibility. All in all we had an absolutely fabulous holiday at 109 and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting a sumptuous place to stay and unwind. Thank you Cherane and family for giving us an amazing holiday.

Perfect Family Getaway!

From the moment we met Cherane we knew we had made a great decision for our 8 night getaway with the family. It was our first time to Barbados and Cherane's awesome hospitality made us feel welcome right away. She showed us around the main strip between the condo and St. Lawrence Gap and even dropped us off at the supermarket. She had great recommendations for everything we inquired about. Prior to booking we were convinced that we wanted to stay in the area around the Gap, but we were both happy that those accommodations did not pan out and we ended up booking #109. Just out the gate and about 100' to the left, there is a nice little beach which had awesome snorkelling and a perfect swimming area. There is a small convenience store directly across the road which has cold beer among other things to keep your whistle wetted. There are many little restaurants within about a 5-10 minute walk, or depending on the driver, a 30 second ZR rip. The rooms were all spacious, clean and air conditioned with plenty of extra linens. The bathrooms are all well sized and kept very clean. In our short visit, the cleaners came 3 times to give the place a full overhaul. The large island in the middle of the kitchen is perfect for mixing drinks and having snacks with the crew, while the terrace area is perfect for nighttime drinks/dinner. We had 3 couples in our crew and at no time did we feel cramped for space. After doing some exploring around the island we really felt that we were lucky to come across #109. If you want to party out at the bars every night you are going to have to take a cab or a bus down to the Gap or stay in that area. If you want some peace and quiet with the option of going out definitely stay here. Do yourself a favour, bring yourself a bunch of $1 American bills and jump in a ZR and enjoy the accommodations at Palm Beach 109. Mooie plek

Mooie plek aan het zuidelijk deel van Barbados. Opgewacht bij aankomst door de lokale eigenaren die ons verder prima op gang hebben geholpen met het regelen van een auto. Ze vertegenwoordigen zo’n typisch aspect van reizen: je komt de eerste keer voor een eiland met mooie stranden. De volgende keer kom je naar Barbados voor de lokale mensen zoals Cherane en haar echtgenoot.

Even Better Than You Can Hope For!

You will not regret booking this condo... WOW! We have travelled to Barbados a few times and booking this condo made this trip our favourite. Cherane goes out of her way to make your stay special. Amazing communication, helpful, follows up during your stay, can arrange the best driver on the Island (Sean from Bajan Tours). Things you need to know... we were a family of 4 in one condo and our brother & family of 5 stayed in another unit. Ours was so well equipped with basics, amazing information booklet, comfy furniture, outdoor lanai space that is extremely comfortable... Cherane and her family make sure you have what you need for a wonderful stay. The pool... beautiful, spacious. Gardens breathtaking...and just at the end of the garden is the gate that takes you to the beach. Lots of shade if needed, and just to the left of the resort is a great beach to enjoy. Close to so many wonderful restaurants (Tapas amazing..short drive away is Champers) Cherane has great suggestions to help you plan your trip and make the most out of your stay on the island. Walk along the beach to the left and you will pick up the boardwalk which takes you to perfect places to stop for a drink, you will pass Tapas (incredible restaurant) and then you arrive at Accra beach. This condo is spacious and perfect for a group of 6 people. Do not hesitate to book this condo... it is the best base to ensure a wonderful vacation!

Amazing stay for 2 families with toddlers

The condo exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures looked great but do not even do it justice. This is such a fantastic pool/beach property. The pool is steps away and the beachfront has a section with a rock bar about 30 yards out that makes the water much calmer for young ones to play (like our two year old). The other people we met in the community are super friendly as well, a mix of locals and visitors. It managed to be family friendly but at the same time quiet and serene. Cherane was AMAZING and greeted us with a warm welcome note and some nice homemade treats from her mom :). She also helped pick up groceries for us to arrive to and coordinated a rental for baby equipment and toys for the kids! We can't recommend this condo enough!

Classy, clean and comfortable condo

Our group of three "vintage" couples spent 9 nights in this lovely condo during the worst Ohio winter in history. What luck to find such a spacious and well-equipped unit in one of the most diverse islands in the Caribbean. Our host Cherene was very responsive to my many questions prior to booking. Upon booking she was so helpful in arranging airport transportation, initial groceries and activity reservations and highlighting the best "eats" on the island in addition to procuring some mighty fine homemade rum punch! She even gave us a lift in her car to Pebble Beach! The unit (which was cleaned twice with towels and bedding changed) and grounds are pristine and secluded with easy access to Bridgetown and Oistins by public bus. We took advantage of several sites: Hunte's Gardens and Welchman Hall Gully via Bajan Tours (thanks Sean!), Ted's Tours, Calabaza Sailing Cruise and an evening at Harbour Lights. And still we had days where we just enjoyed the pool (which they clean and scrub daily!) and the ocean just steps away. We found the Bajans to be very fond of their country, extremely friendly and polite while possessing a sharp sense of humor. Never once did we feel unsafe or pestered. We will certainly return!

Beautifully maintained and secured property with access to the beach.

Cherane met us when we arrived to show us around and even dropped us off at the grocery store. She also sent her husband over right away when we discovered the grill was out of gas. There was also homemade coconut bread waiting for us, which was delicious and we ate all of it! We had no complaints and enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was.

Fantastic apartment with direct beach access

It was a beautiful, clean, well furnished and fully equipped apartment, with everything from a coffee machine to a washer and a dryer, to cable tv with all the cartoon channels you could hope for, really anything you could need was available. The host was gracious and accommodating and she consistently ensured that all our needs were met. It is in a secure compound, with a beautiful garden and pool, and direct beach access. The beach is the Caribbean sea but with just enough occasional Atlantic waves for our kids to play and enjoy. Also not far are some rocks with sea creatures to explore, and for slightly more grown up entertainment, it's only a short walk away from some great restaurants. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for my family.

Paradise found!

My family of 6 stayed in this condo for 9 days. I really hate to share this experience because I would like to keep it my own secret paradise. This condo is beautifully furnished, well stocked and just feels like home. The location is superb and this gated property is a 10+. Pools and grounds are immaculate and maintained daily. The condo is a ground floor, very spacious unit, 20 steps from the pool. The breezy outdoor space has comfortable seating and a dining table for meals or games. Set back from the main road, it is a 1 minute walk to the local transit, restaurants, local store for groceries. Speedy Wifi is provided in the rental price. The ambiance at this complex is family oriented. There is no need to save pool chairs and guests respect each others tranquility. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic spacious condo in modern complex

We had a fantastic stay at Palm Beach 109. The owners were a delight to deal with and helped ensure we had a fantastic stay. Condo is very spacious and conveniently located right next to a gorgeous pool. Kitchen has all the amenities and we enjoyed use of the bbq on the patio. Beach access is easy with famous boardwalk a short walk away. We enjoyed long strolls on the beach and afternoons at beautiful Accra beach. We're already booked to return in 2015!

Gorgeous property!
