The property was absolutely gorgeous from inside to out. The private pool was perfect and the outside spaces were lovely. The location was tucked away just enough to feel private and secluded, but close to downtown shopping, the beach, and the ruins (10 minute drive). We couldn't get our four year old out of the waterfall showers.We did have problems getting the stove to work and the place is in dire need of new pots and pans, but having a private kitchen and washer and dryer was really nice.Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum.
