Fully equipped to be your home away from home, located so so close to shopping, restaurants and multiple golf courses including the famous Arizona National Golf course. A quick drive less than 5 minutes away to a large multiple public pool center that offers both a lap pool, open family pool, a water slide and kiddy pool with water mushroom and more! In addition to the pool complex there is a large YMCA center with full exercise center, classes, etc. Silver Sneaker members can still use your memberships here.

Literally only 100 feet away from amazing acres and acres of HIKING TRAILS AND PET PATH. You will discover great little surprises here. Walk one direction and find a meditation circle, walk another and find a mama and daddy quail with 20 little bobwhite quail chicks scurrying behind them. Go at sunset and be enthralled how the mountain range is bathed in golden orange and red light. You barely have to leave your front door to discover the Sonoran desert and all the living creatures and plants that call this home.

Located: In the beautiful community called 'The Bluffs' if visiting family in Oro Valley this is the perfect location to stay. Quiet and friendly well maintained neighborhood.

* Master bath is large, spacious, and well lit. Separate soaker garden tub, large shower, double vanity with dual sinks and beautiful tile floors. A really nice place to soak in a bubble bath after a wonderful day hiking or golfing!
* Hall bath has a combination bathtub and shower also well lit, positioned in convenient location between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for easy access.


Living Room has high ceilings, ceiling fans, a wonderful gas fireplace to keep cozy by during the winters or to add a little romance by. Tasteful and comfortable furniture, lots of seating including 2 full size couches and one large love seat. There is a large 46' flat panel TV. Enjoy BBQing outdoors with the family. There are amazing views from the windows of the mountains so close it feels as if you could almost reach out and touch them.

Bedrooms - Master is equipped with a queen size bed, the other bedroom with double size beds, new linens, and furnished for comfort and relaxation. Master bedroom has flat panel tv mounted on the wall. It also has security or dark out electric roll down blinds

Kitchen - Fully equipped making family and entertaining guests a breeze. All full size appliances, stovetop and oven, dishwasher,microwave refrigerator,disposal, etc. Really everything you need to keep your eating out budget to a minimum and cooking at 'home' easy. The kitchen island provides seating for casual dining and separates the dining room from the kitchen. Great layout for food prep, boasts tile floors and counters and high ceilings.

Dining Room - Attractive Dining room surrounded with windows, table that seats 6 conveniently located right off of kitchen for easy access during meals. Dining room windows also have roll down dark out or security blinds that are lowered with a flip of a switch

Laundry Facilities with washer and dryer provided right off of garage in the mud room walkthru. Also provided iron and ironing board, laundry detergent and fabric softener .

The views of the Catalina Mountains from Casa Breanna is absolutely stunning! From the moment you walk out the double sliding doors onto the large covered patio in the backyard your senses are assaulted with the amazing rugged peaks of the Catalinas. In addition with no home behind this house the sights, sounds, wildlife, and colors of the Sonoran Desert are right at your back yard. To enjoy all of this beauty we have a covered porch with a Gas BBQ to cook your meals outside and a covered Ramada with table and chairs for dining. In addition there is a firepit and outdoor chairs to enjoy the amazing star show that very few other places in the world have like here. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this home. Anyone looking for a centrally located home to explore Tucson and the surrounding area will enjoy this place.From the views of the mountaims surrounding NW Tucson to the trails located next to the property and the quiet neighborhood. I can't think of a nicer place to have stayed while in Tucson.The home was welcoming and secure.The patio and yard was inviting to just relax and enjoy nature.I was having mobility issues and I just added a few mobile parts and was able to feel safe in the home.If you want a quality and unique experience i highly recommend this location. I hope i get to book it again.

Tucson at New Year’s

Clean and convenient property. The views, especially in the morning, are incredibly beautiful. We spent much of our time at my daughter‘s house, with my grandchildren. The grandsons came over for one afternoon and enjoyed the backyard, with their toy trucks. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Would strongly consider staying there again when we visit next time.

Nice stay but house needs some TLC

We enjoyed our stay after some initial hiccups. Bre and her assistant were very responsive and kind. The house was not very clean upon arrival with dog hair covering the sofa and the floor gritty. Kitchen towels stained and frayed. No TP, no floor cleaner, no Kleenex, and no paper towels. We immediately went to the store and bought floor cleaner, new kitchen towels, TP etc. Bre was very apologetic and offered to send cleaners over. Her usual cleaner was away and someone new had cleaned poorly. Anyway, we did enjoy the rest of our six week stay. I would recommend someone go through the kitchen and get rid of old towels, old spices and oils etc., as well as old utensils. It just needs some refreshing. All this said, we would return. The house would be great with some attention and the view and privacy are fantastic.

Disappointing stay.

The view out the back of the house is stunning. However there were many problems including the queen bed in master bedroom was uncomfortable and the headboard was detached from the frame making it noisy. We had a significant problem with communication with the manager in regards to a scorpion that I encountered in the house near where my dog slept. In spite of the directions for TV use using a streaming system, I was never able to successfully get live news or sporting events and we had to rely on our own streaming TV accounts. The Internet service was extremely slow most of the time. Lastly we used ear plugs at night because of early morning traffic noise.

I had hard time to use the code which I didn’t received in advance to enter the house. However when I called Bre and Ellen , they answered right away and helped me. Also when the microwave didn’t work, they came right away to bring the countertop microwave. The house was located very nice place both convenience, view and safety.

Great location with fabulous views

Great location, quiet neighborhood, close to walking trails and restuarants/shopping. Ten minutes from hiking at Saguro National Parrk West and an easy 30 mintue drive to Sabino Canyon. Spectacular backyard views - with sunrises over the mountains each morning and the sunset created beautiful orange and red hues on the eastern mountains. Bre and property manager were very accomodating. The new dishwasher recently installed before my visit didn't work and the repair guy was there the next day - extremely responsive. Would love to rent the house again!

The view is to die for.

My initial impression was not super high, since I'd just left a recently updated, beautiful place. But then I reached the back yard. The view is one of the best in the city. The place was clean and had everything needed in the kitchen, etc. There are a few things that would have added to the enjoyment, such as a fire table to enjoy the backyard in the cooler evenings and just a few landscaping items in the backyard, rather than the entire thing in stones. And I'm perplexed by why larger beds aren't in each of the bedrooms. The rooms are large enough to upsize them and would make it much more comfortable for adults - two adults to a double bed is not how I want to sleep. Other than that, the place was ideal as far as location, size, cleanliness and contact with management and we'd definitely choose to stay again.

Great Views, Location, and Owls

My wife and I with our dog rented the bluffs for a month. The location was great with nearby access to the loop trail for runners and cyclists (but get there by crossing Overton Rd into the next small development and going down LaCresta to avoid traffic). The beautiful views from the backyard are hard to beat. At sunset, owls in the tree next door would serenade as we sat in front of the outdoor fire pit. The kitchen was well equipped. We used only the master and found the bed was comfortable and the location quiet. Dual sinks in the ensuite bathroom made things convenient. The place is dog friendly and the backyard is fully enclosed. The neighborhood is good for dog walking and includes a little trail that starts one door down from the house. There is a labyrinth on that trail for those wanting to meditate!

Great Tucson Experience

This home in the Bluffs was wonderful. We enjoyed the neighbors and the neighborhood walks. We stayed here with our two dogs who loved the wonderful walled backyard. They could see what was going on but be safely confined so we didn’t have to keep them on a leash. The bedrooms were comfortable both for us and our short term guests that joined us. The kitchen was great for the cooking we wanted to do and had good equipment to getvthe job done. Unlike some places we have stayed, there was plenty of space for us to store our food purchases, i loved the fridge and freezer as well. The living room had 3 couches so plenty of room to gather as well as watch TV. Internet was better at the beginning of our visit and not so great at the end. We would have liked a king bed in the master bedroom as there seemed to be plenty of space. Tucson is a great place to visit for us snowbirds and we hope to return to this location! We loved it!!

Beautiful home with everything you need

We spent 8 nights at this beautiful home. Bre was so helpful before our arrival, and we appreciated her thoughtfulness. Everything was clean and comfortable in this home that was large enough to allow us to host our family for the holidays. The kitchen is well-appointed, there are extra sets of clean towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets. It was nice to be able to walk our dogs on a trail that is just a few steps away. The kids especially enjoyed kicking back and watching movies in the comfortable living room. Thank you, Bre, for creating a beautiful home away from home.

Lovely Home with Beautiful Views

We stayed at Casa Breanna for the month of March 2017. The home was very well-maintained and had everything necessary for entertaining and for a nice, relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the patio facing the Catalina Mountains and the desert. Having a hiking trail right outside the fence was wonderful. We made very good use of it. The location of the home makes it very easy to get to Marana, Oro Valley and Casa Adobes areas. Golf courses and hiking were a short drive away.

Casa BreAnna is wonderful! Felt at home the moment we walked in the door! The home is spacious, comfortable and just plain cozy!! The view is breathtaking...totally awesome! Bre was wonderful to deal with and was always there for us when we needed her. She has made this home so inviting...I just can't say enough! I stayed in this comfortable abode with my two dogs for two weeks while my home finished the escrow process here. It is well maintained, clean and in a great location. The pictures and description are accurate. The view and interesting wildlife due to the wash location was spectacular. It was a wonderful place to regroup and rest up. The dogs loved the big and secure yard and the early morning walks on the trail were a bonus for all of us. I highly recommend. Bre is very accomodating and responsive. Thank you, Bre. Awesome place!

My husband and I, and our two dogs, stayed in this lovely home. It was clean and nicely decorated. I was very happy with the location as it allowed us to visit many destinations with a short drive. Such as Biosphere 2, Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, San Xavier Mission. We also attended our Nephew's graduation from University of Arizona. Not to mention the dog trail literally behind the house, we enjoyed walking our dogs every night. The view of the mountains was so lovely every morning and evening. The house was equipped with everything you need. We just purchased food. I would recommend highly! Thank you to Bre for being such a gracious host!

Why they chose this property

Views, views, views! I love the location of this home, located at the top off the bluff overlooking the breathtaking Pusch Ridge of the Catalina mountains. My favorite time of the evening is about 30 minutes prior to sunset where you can sit in the back yard, sipping your beverage of choice watching as the mountains turn pink and purple! Then later in the evening you get the lovely view of the distant city lights of the skyline of Tucson.
The location of this home is also very convenient to some of my favorite places such as Catalina state park hiking, many lovely golf courses, lots of wonderful restaurants and easily can jump on the freeway to get to downtown or University of Arizona.

What makes this property unique

Literally only 100 feet from the front door are acres and acres of hiking and dog walking trails. Many vistas overlooking the entire valley and city. Keep exploring and you will find a meditation circle and see wildlife everywhere. A peaceful way to enjoy the fantastic Sonoran Desert - the only place in the world with Saguaro cactus.
