Spectacularly situated on the southeastern shores of Deep Creek Lake, this newer waterfront home boasts gorgeous views, a beautiful piece of property, and a private dock where you can tie up your boat. This is a place to spend your vacation barbecuing on the expansive deck, roasting marshmallows around the firepit at the water's edge, and soaking each evening in the hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.

Built in 2012, this three-story home sits on the banks of Green Glade Cove, a quiet and scenic cove of Deep Creek Lake. You'll be a short drive from Thousand Acres Lakeside Golf Club (four miles) and Deep Creek Lake State Park (eight miles) with its two beaches, boat ramp, and 20 miles of hiking/biking trails.

Spend summer days on the lakeshore out back, taking in the view from the dock and watching your kids play in the shade of mature trees. Head up to the elevated deck in the afternoons to light the gas grill, set the outdoor table for dinner, and admire the sunset from cushioned seats around a second firepit.

The interior living space spans 3,758 square feet of quality craftsmanship, including beamed ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and tile showers. Highlights of the main floor include a great room with a gas fireplace and a TV (with cable and streaming capability), a custom kitchen with a copper farm sink, and a dining room that opens to the deck. For entertainment, enjoy a game room with Ping-Pong and foosball upstairs and a cozy den downstairs where you can watch movies and play board games.

The three bedrooms are split among the three floors for privacy, each paired with its own bathroom. The primary suite on the main floor includes a gas fireplace, direct access to the deck, and an en suite bathroom with a copper tub. Central air, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Streaming services are available with guests' own account credentials.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Dock details: There is a private dock where you are welcome to tie up your boat. The boat launch is located at the state park.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
